Delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, with extra toilet in the laundry, the property has open plan dining and lounge room, split system air conditioning with single lockup garage. Only 200 meters from Bennett's Beach, close to restaurants and shops

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

A great location in Hawks Nest

A short walk to the beach or the shops from this great town house. Everything we needed was supplied & more, bikes, golf clubs, jigsaws, a very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Air conditioning was great as the weekend was over 40c. The town house was not super clean but ok.

Great location

The townhouse has a great location to the beach, local bar/restauranr and a short walk to the shops. The townhouse requires a big springclean. Lots of wall stains, dust and dirt around window and door frames, air conditioning vents dirty. Such a shame as all other aspects were great.

Close to beautiful beaches, peaceful due to corona virus! Was like self isolating while on holiday.

Was disappointed that we couldn’t put the car in the garage, had selected this property for this specific reason as well as location and accommodation. Enjoyed our stay but unfortunately the corona virus kept people away, mindful of social distancing, restaurants closed, panic buying at the local supermarkets.
