Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that everything else about your stay was very good. We’re sorry you experienced difficulty with the entry process. The home uses a coded smart lock system that is widely used throughout the vacation rental industry, and we have confirmed that the lock itself was functioning properly. We understand, however, that guests who are not familiar with this type of lock may occasionally need a little extra assistance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will continue looking for ways to make the check-in instructions as clear and easy as possible for future guests.

Updated and clean. Good communication. Parking spots are decent width, but they could improve on getting unauthorized vehicles out of the reserved spot, in a timely fashion, especially when returning home in the evening.Would stay again.

The Hosts were great and welcoming. Stayed in contact. Easy access. It was very pretty, everything looks brand new, very spacious, big living room. Plenty of room for another love seat to provide more comfortable seating. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was good. I would definitely recommend staying here. We were three adults and a child visiting Universal.

Hello Mitch, Thank you for your feedback. We looked into the issue you reported and found that it was simply an ice cube stuck in the dispenser. Once we cleared the ice cube, the dispenser worked properly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back soon! Best regards,
