About this property

Private Executive Home with Pool, Pickleball Court, and Sauna.

This Northwest style home has been completely remodeled with beautiful details. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with Kings, 1 bedroom with 2 queens. All the beds are new. The 4th bedroom has three twins. The library has a day bed that sleeps one. There are 3 full baths including a stunning master bath. The gourmet kitchen has all you need for cooking. Laundry has new washer and dryer. The home has a open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen. The view looks onto the swimming pool. Looking west from the pool you can see the firepit and new regulation size Pickleball Court. There is a new gas grill outside on the deck. The Great room has a large wood burning fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The Pool is heated in the summer season (June 8-September 7) For an additional fee it can be heated some other times of the year depending on outdoor temperatures. You can check with the owner to see what the cost is to heat the pool during the off season. The outdoor Sauna is open year round. We have a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and electronic entrance lock.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put any furniture that has been moved back to original location.

Rental Agreement/ Rules must be submitted and approved 48 hours after booking.
Maximum of 4 cars unless you receive prior approval from owner.
Children are not allowed to use Pool or Sauna without adult supervision. Their needs to be 1 adult for every two young children using the pool.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The heated pool and the sauna were incredible for a chilly Oregon Coast weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. Jeff was very responsive and attentive. The location really can't be beat! It is so close to both Astoria and Seaside! We would definitely book this place again on our next visit to the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Oregon Coast vacation rental over spring break—it was exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing and fun getaway.The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. The beds were super comfortable, and the furniture made it easy to unwind after a day out. The living areas were great for hanging out, and the TV setup was perfect for relaxing evenings.The amenities really made the stay special. The pool and sauna were a big highlight, and having a pickleball court on-site was such a fun bonus. We had the BEST time!! This was a super last minute booking and from the moment we confirmed our reservation, Jeff was so nice and super communicative and answered any questions we had right away. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. (We really appreciated all of the tips that were provided for local attractions, food, etc and directions)The property exceeded our expectations and was so clean and so well maintained! It had everything we could have needed supply-wise, had tons of stuff for us to do as a family (games, puzzles, the pool!) and our kids had so much fun. This was definitely one of our nicest stays using VRBO. I have never been to a more equipped home from the sharp kitchen knives, to beach chairs and even golf clubs. We were truly amazed with the amenities with this home. The pool and sauna were as advertised and fantastic. The communication and pre check in was second to none and we felt at ease as we arrived. Loved the pool, sauna & pickleball court. Owner provided plenty of pool towels & toys. Kitchen well-stocked w/dishes & cookware - even had a nice welcome basket. Third time staying here and best weather and time in the pool. Easy walk to the beach, great house and layout. Plenty of room and great amenities, set up our pickle ball net on the tennis court and had a great time!
