AGE RESTRICTION : Sandpiper Beach Resort requires that one of all the guests be a minimum of 25 years of age.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS. YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed.

KITCHENS: OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS. THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off any fans and air conditioner. Shut and lock all windows. Return Parking Pass and keys into the bag on the wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All rules and regulations must be followed as stated on our website and rental agreement to guarantee return of security deposit.
MUST FOLLOW ALL THE WASAGA BEACH BY-LAWS. ESPECIALLY THE NOISE RESTRICTION RULE -quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am.
All guests MUST conduct themselves at all times in a manner respectful and NOT offensive to the neighbours.

The location was perfect for a beach getaway. You literally walk off the property on to Wasaga beach area 2. The cottage was clean and the resort was great for a quiet, relaxing vacation for couples and families

Great place for family group!

We rented out the cottage for our family reunion. The cottage was clean and easy check in process. Perfect for our family of 4. The grouping of the cottages was so awesome. We were able to visit with family while still have our own space. Susan was a pleasure answering any questions our group had. Strongly recommend!

It was an amazing experience for us the cottage was clean, fully stocked with everything we might need, management was clear about what we will need to bring due to COVID so we were fully prepared! Tv works! Flat screen, Netflix, YouTube etc. Fire pit was beautiful especially that we had awesome cottage neighbours join us , steps to the beach which is a rare opportunity when it comes to cottages in Wasaga . Overall I unforgettable experience! Will be back! Thank you for having us, see you next summer! :)

Excellent Cottage

The beach was lovely. The location almost has a private section (it’s not but it was only cottage goers in the area). The cottage itself was far more clean and well maintained then we’re use to when renting a cottage. It was great! There were a few minor issues with BBQ but staff was quick to address same day (within hours actually). Would recommend.

Bring your own supplies.

This property was beautiful and located in a nice area .Some of the things I didn't like was how close other people was to our cabin and I wish I knew that I had to bring my own bedsheets, pillows, blankets, paper towel, seasonings like the basic salt and pepper. Expect a huge puddle of water when you're done showering and there's also no carpet to soak it up. The air condition could have been a bit more better I had to sleep in the living area because the rooms would not get cool at all and for the price I paid I would have expected better. Im not a very picky person so Overall I enjoyed my stay I just wished I knew to bring basically everything from home instead of hurrying to the local Walmart before it closed.

Quality Family time and within the beach front.

If you want a quality time with family. We would say you take this beautiful cottage. Bring board games any games that the family loved. Although they don't have a T.V. they have an internet. We suggest to use all the time talking to each one of the family and avoid using electronics like the old times. Also play and swim in the beach. The place is clean and well kept. It is few steps away from the beach. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. The host is very kind and allowing us to check-in a bit early. Thank you.

Great place right on the beach. Cottage was clean and in great shape. The proximity to the beach is great. Beach is perfect for kids. Great views in the morning and evening. Very happy with our stay. Would come back again!!
