Il Carrubo Blù, Charming Condo with Stunning Views of Sea in Flower-Filled Park

Il Carrubo Blù (translation: the blue carob) is a lovely semi-attached villa with astonishing sea views and its own private garden/yard with lemon trees and sun beds and a stately carob tree. It also features a beautifully equipped terrace with a gorgeous hand-painted lava-stone table. The villa is located within a lush green, flower-filled private park, situated in the little fishing village of Conca dei Marini, one of the more charming spots on the Amalfi Coast.

The villa is one of about twenty comfortable and pretty, private, independent, semi-attached villas located in Residence San Pancrazio, a private park filled with flower gardens, dotted with its white villas, and surrounded by a stone wall and with private entrances.

The villa Il Carrubo Blù consists of:
• 1 bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen corner (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), lavic stone table with chairs and a sofa bed (sleeps 1) with a trundle (sleeps 1) , a terrace with an amazing view on the sea and separated from the living room by a movable glass wall.
• 1 double bedroom with a queen-sized bed (sleeps 2) and the possibility of a small cot (sleeps 1 child), with an opening onto the outside terrace, and with an enchanting view of the garden/yard.
• 1 main bathroom with shower.
• 1 annex with a romantic double bedroom (sleeps 2) and a single bed (sleeps 1) and an optional chair bed (sleeps 1), with its own bathroom with shower, opening onto the outside terrace area.

Il Carrubo Blù has its own private garden and a bougainvillea covered terrace featuring a majestic old carob tree--after which the house is named.

The main entrance to the Residence San Pancrazio, where Il Carrubo Blù is located, is right along the stunning Amalfi Coast Drive (Via Smeraldo) spanning from Amalfi to Positano. It is located across the street from the entrance to Capo di Conca.

You can reach the Residence by car or bus. If you arrive by car, for a fee (18 € a day), you can park in a parking structure conveniently located just next to a second entrance to the Residence, located at Via Don Gaetano Amodio n. 26 (driving from Amalfi, turn right just before the Hotel Belvedere; driving from Positano, turn left just after Hotel Belvedere).

For a better parking rate (8 € a day), you can also park along the roads where there are blue stripes. (If you ring the buzzer at the entrance gate, you can ask the caretaker, Ms. Assunta, for assistance with parking or anything else that you need.)

Within the Residence San Pancrazio, all villas are accessed only by footpaths and steps, surrounded by green and flower-filled gardens. (Note that none of the villas in the Residence are wheelchair accessible. )
