Great place for midwinter break

We love to come to Sun Peaks each year. This condo was perfect for us. Easy access to the shuttle or the orient lift. It was a quick walk to the village and ice skating. Perfect spot for families with kids.

This is a brilliant place to stay in Sun Peaks! It’s roomy, warm and comfortable. Five ⭐️ stars!

We really enjoyed this place. Sharma was ever so helpful and handy. The hot tub was so good and all the beds were very comfortable. We had the best time and will try and stay here again if we come back to Sun Peaks !

Warm and cozy place

This is the first time we stayed in a condo and we really enjoyed it! The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Sharma was very easy to get in touch with. We highly recommend staying at this condo.

The house was very clean. Host was great! She let us check in early and brought us over an iron and ironing board as there wasn’t one in the unit. Check out was super easy.

Great Location, Great Townhouse

First time staying at Sun Peaks in Summer. Great experience. This townhouse is part of a lovely building and is the perfect location on the mountain to walk to golf, village, lifts. Our entire group couldn't have been happier. You only share 1 wall with another townhouse and it was empty. We were so thrilled to stay in such a lovely place and be able to bring our dogs.

Beautiful, spacious property in the heart of Sun Peaks.

Property is beautiful, spacious, and really well maintained. It's located in a very convenient spot just a five minute walk away from the main village area. We were a group of four couples, but the accommodation could have easily allowed for one more pair. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and could easily fit four people at a time. Check-in/out processes were incredibly straightforward (the provided instructions were more than enough). 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay again!

Perfect for larger family - spacious and close enough to Morcey lift

Happy that hot tub was on opposite side of everyone else’s so we had some privacy. Being on the road side of the complex was a bit loud when the snow plows went by at 6 a.m but I’m an early riser so didn’t mind. Overall a very good weekend

Great Stay

Very simple, easy check-in. They sent a message that we could check in early. Good sleeping arrangements for multiple people. Perfect for 2 families with 2 kids ea. hot tub was good and hot, but jets are weak. Kitchen is well equipped except the knives are in tough shape (tip busted off, chunk missing). Also there is no sequence game as depicted in the listing. But there was Yahtzee. Overall good value, would return.

Good, but not great.

This condo is nice and the space is clean, comfortable and most everything is as listed. The beds are very nice and the water pressure in the showers is wonderful. The kitchen has lot of appliances and great pantry space (super for a larger group.) The communication is good with the management company and response time was appreciated. That said, we needed to contact them several times throughout our stay, which in my experience is not common. Our check in was not clear, I received several different codes for front and back door. The front door code was NOT accurate and there was not clear instruction for how to use keypad. The back door code did work, but the lock did not function easily and the garage access code was also not correct. I had to ask a neighbor how to get in the parking garage. The back door lock does not work well and we could only use to enter once to get in the house. This was a huge hassle to go in the front, take off ski boots to go open back door where ski lockers was located. The wifi name and password we received via email and listed on the router were not correct, the one listed in the booklet was correct so I would reco updating your docs. Our wifi went out 2 days prior to leaving due to a power outage and did not return. We were offered a neighbors wifi, but were also not able to access their feed. Garbage/recycle collection is one time during the stay, which would be fine except there is no where on premise to remove garbage. With 7 of us for six days cooking, having drinks, etc., it was very messy and stinky. I have never stayed anywhere where there is not on-site garbage drop off. The upstairs television in the master bedroom did not work which was disappointing as there was a cool vintage Atari setup. With 7 of us, would have been nice to have an alternative location for kids to watch TV in the evening. Lastly the hot tub is not located in the gorgeous setting featured in the listing photo. Its on the main street, with cars and people passing by. It was still very nice and we enjoyed it, but it was a surprise to have no privacy. I look at photos carefully and would recommend more accurately reflecting the surroundings. We enjoyed our stay, had great skiing, but as frequent users of VRBO there were some issues that need to be addressed.

I’m sorry to hear your experience wasn’t up to your standards. Thank you so much for your feedback. We have a property management company that will be given your list of recommendations right away plus we live on the hill so would have been more than happy to come down and help you trouble shoot the issues you were having. I feel that I tried to respond to your questions during your stay. I was not aware you were unable to connect back to the wifi and offered you some alternatives, when I didn’t hear back from you I assumed you were all set. Power outages tend to affect service and that is out of our control. We absolutely offer garbage pick for longer stays and have a storage bin outside for additional bags which I did tell you about. Our hot tub is one of the most private in the complex but yes it’s still on the road but surrounded by trees. After the fires this year, the strata was proactive in clearing debri and low lying branches which has taken a bit of the privacy away but still actuate in the photos. Take care.

Was the perfect chalet for our family of six friend ('kids' ages 14, 17, 17, 18 and 20). Lots of space to spread out and also a big table and living room couch to hang out together. Kitchen well appointed. Comfortable beds. Host super responsive. Was a short walk to the Orient lift and back to the chalet from the ski-out.

Great location and kid friendly

The location of this property in proximity to the village and new Orient Lift is great. However, I would not call this a true ski in / ski out, (at least during the weather conditions of our stay) as you do need to do need to take your equipment off / put on and walk. The home is very kid friendly, if you trust your littles on stairs. Housekeeping could be improved, and some of the basic kitchen amenities are limited in their use. We were able to cook all our meals for the week, as planned, however we did need to make some modifications to our plans throughout our stay to accommodate cooking limitations. Communication with the host and their response time was impeccable. All in all the home provided a great base and resting place for our family vacation.

Great location, well organised and maintained property

We had a great time, it is a great location (very close to the centre of the village and there are great walks nearby). The kids also loved the hot tub and video and board games that were available.
