The location of this one-bedroom plus loft at Powder Pointe is as good as it gets. Located directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, you’ll be on the slopes in no time, or heading in to Park City to explore Main Street by taking advantage of the free shuttle stop also located steps away.
The overstuffed sofa also serves as a pull-out sofa bed and is brand new along with all the furniture, bedding, and kitchenware.  The living room boasts a gas fireplace and balcony with views of the ski runs. A first floor master is inviting and spacious. Head upstairs and be treated to a fun loft space with two twin beds, separate bathroom, and pleasant reading nook. Space is well utilized in this ski condo, and the vaulted ceilings create a bright, airy feel. A main floor bathroom is perfect for guests in the master and offers the convenience of a separate shower/bath area from the vanity so two can get ready for a night on the town at once. This Powder Point unit is a true gem!

Ski trip

Had a group of 5 friends stay for a ski trip. Nice place that had everything you need. Only sleeps 4 people per bed but there is an air mattress in the master closet. Only about a 3 block walk to the slopes!

Cozy condo right by Park City.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of Main Street and the ski lifts. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals at home. The loft setup worked nicely for two people to sleep in. Highly recommended.

Great spot for ski access

We enjoyed our stay at the property and were pleased with the easy access to first time lift a short walk from the building. Almost everything was as expected. The only negatives were small, and I think would be easily fixed. We had minor issues with check-in and appliances (which we reported) that did not really affect our stay.

Frat House Charmer

Poorly equipped property. Needs upgrading - furniture and amenities. Maintenance is spotty and unreliable. Has the charm of a frat house. Lespri needs to audit the condition of the property and make recommendations to owners to remediate or remove from their managed properties. We will never stay here again. Our worst vacation rental ever and way overpriced for its current condition.

Excellent location!

Super close to the slopes which was convenient. Also, shuttle stop is right down the street that takes you to Main St. and hot tub was working too! TV is a bit outdated. We were trying to watch a hockey game and couldn’t see the puck (not hd quality). Also, no propane in the outside grill, so hopefully they add. Lastly, sofa couch was hard to figure out and potentially broken. All minor, but the biggest challenge was the check in process. No message from owner or the company that they go through. Make sure to check your spam folder in advance of your stay. You have to create a portal and everything. We were stuck in the cold trying to figure that all out, so don’t make the same mistake! Overall, still loved it.

Love Park City and the condo we stayed in could not have been mo...

Love Park City and the condo we stayed in could not have been more convenient to Park City Ski Resort. It was so easy to get to the "First Time" lift without having to deal with the resort compound and the multiple stairs to reach the lifts there. Condo was clean, but the additional support under the much needed extended counter space was not completed and made the unit look like it is under construction. And while the bed space was fine for 2 adults and 2 children, the loft layout makes privacy an issue, yet still better than a hotel room.
