Welcome to our beachside paradise! This beautifully upgraded, spacious, & private three-bedroom luxury home is located just minutes from Huntington & Newport Beach. Situated adjacent to Canyon Park in a quiet Westside Costa Mesa neighborhood, this recently remodeled home is just minutes from all of Orange County's attractions, including Balboa Island, Disney, South Coast Plaza, & more. A great place for family & friends, you will love this home away from home while enjoying true SoCal living!

Recently remodeled and beautifully furnished throughout, this private three-bedroom home features an open floor plan with full kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated workspace, and living room with Smart TV.

Fully appointed kitchen with new appliances, including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, Smart TV, a large open courtyard with a shaded patio, outdoor dining area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. Weekend golf outing

We had a great time at the house. House was clean, conveniently located to some great restaurants and easy shopping. Host was fantastic to deal with. Overall a tremendous experience.

Location

Very nice home in a good neighborhood with all the amenities. Great location! A short ride to Beach , shopping, grocery stores and Disneyland. Definitely worth considering for any type of vacation or work trip.

Costa Mesa Vacation 2022

Property is in a nice area close to restaurants and few miles from beach. The home is really beautiful all I can say is they need to add a TV in the living room and two of the bedrooms. also, Livingroom furniture can be upgraded to something a little more comfortable. But over all we enjoyed our stay.

perfect spot close to everything

We were in Cali for our daughters last travel softball tournament of the season and we wanted to stay somewhere close to Huntington Beach. This location turned out to be perfect, you are literally 10-15 away from anywhere you want to be in the area, including Downtown Disney, Newport beach, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine. The house was basic but had a washer and dryer which was a bonus and a nice outdoor area to sit out side and enjoy the perfect weather. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we did not have 1 single issue the entire stay.

Nice updated house.

Nice updated house, but needs a TV in the family room. Only TV is in the master bedroom and not everyone can watch it in there.

Great Location and stay

The stay was great and location for what we needed to do. The trip was to come out and take care of effects of my brother who had passed a couple of weeks prior. The ease on and off the hwy was very good. The VRBO was nice, but needed to be cleaner. There were a few things needed that would normally be in a pantry and a cooking drawer. For what we needed it for, It worked just fine and would most likely rent this home again. Just need to look at a new cleaning service.

Good location, nice place to stay

Great stay and a great host with good communication, very responsive. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Pictures show home when it was fresher, there is some wear and tear in the unit. Great kitchen, beds are comfortable, slept well. Very nice updated master bathroom. No TV in the living room, would be nice to have for kids to watch when they want to relax. Could use the extra towels as well for longer stays. The backyard space is great. Would be nice to have the blinds or curtain in the big door in the living room. Overall, great stay, really enjoyed it.

2nd shower didn’t work, wasn’t repaired during our stay, there was no toilet paper in the place at all, had to go get it late at night on news years eve. Rented to have 2 showers for 6 adults, would like a partial refund. Living room furniture uncomfortable

Good location....

The house is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to an excellent Mexican and Pizza restaurant. The home as pictured is from when it was freshly remodeled. It has some wear and tear internally from previous renters likely. The living room lacks a tv but you can move it in from the main bedroom. The home could use a fresh coat of paint and deep clean. The property management was very responsive bi should say. I stayed for 10 Days. It was a comfortable home but I had to do some cleaning, washed down the patio furniture, and Swiffed floors. Bottom line: It's a decent house with 3 bedroom, and 2 large bathrooms which were nice but worn.

Costa mesa stay.

Very nice kitchen with great kitchen utensils and appliances. Bed/baths were all comfortable and clean. Wonderful outdoor space.
