Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand Cay never disappoints.The terrific management team continues to keep everything in tip top shape. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the team is available to professionally and pleasantly deal with any issue..although there are relatively few. The beach is well stocked with comfortable chairs, and the pool area is clean and inviting. Our unit was lovely..third time in this unit..and well cleaned and stocked. Wonderful stay.

The dedicated parking spot adds to the convenience. The property continues to be beautifully maintained, with flowers and lawns trimmed weekly. A real highlight is the on property management. If there are any issues, they cheerfully and professionally take care of them immediately. It's been a delight to deal with them. We will be back!
