-The bathroom is completely remodeled with a custom subway pattern travertine shower surround, new tub, quartz sink, vanity and plenty of towels to meet your showering needs.
Living Room
-The professionally decorated living room contains a brand new high quality Queen pull out sleeper which sleeps 2 comfortably.
-The 50 inch flat screen TV and Directv service ensures that you never miss your favorite show or sporting event while on vacation.
-A large work station with desk and chair allows you to work from home, check email, or track the incoming swells before walking to 204's with your surf board.
-Wi-Fi internet is available.

-A large sliding glass door allows ample sunlight into the entire house and leads you out to a small balcony that provides you beautiful views of the hillside and gorgeous sunset views.
