The room includes a large living area with lots of couch space, a full kitchen, two balconies, and all the essentials you will need for a great weekend getaway! The Village Suite is a part of the Village Square complex located in Downtown Lexington just one block west of Lakeshore Rd. Located in a beautiful spot that overlooks Lake Huron, the Harbor is a short walk away! With Sweetwater Gourmet Deli & Bar, The Village Pub, and the Lexington Village Theatre located within the same complex, this housing option has it all right on site!

The apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and super comfortable. It was extremely clean and ready for our stay. Centrally located. Never had to use the car while we stayed in Lexington. The host (Collin) was responsive and always ready to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Loved the ease of everything! Property was clean and spacious! Decor could be updated, but loved the space.The theater held a concert that was sold out but we could hear it perfectly from upstairs and thoroughly enjoyed listening!!

Wonderful Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved that we were right downtown and were able to sit on our balcony and listen to live music right in the square. We definitely would recommend this place!

Beautiful loft in Village Square in the middle of Lexington’s eateries, shops, coffee shop, and deli. Walking distance to everything including the park, beach and harbor. Had a great time enjoying the band from our balcony!

We held my bachelorette weekend at this location with 12 of us. The space was wonderful and had enough room for all of us and more! Collin was a great host and very attentive if anything was needed! Great location and rental property

This is a great rental for a large group with everything within walking distance. The stairs needed to get to the second floor we’re a bit of a struggle with luggage, especially for older folks. But overall, it was really nice place and everyone had a great time.

Huge, huge, huge. Every room is big with high ceilings. Two full size beds in each room with plenty of room to spare. Great windows, high ceilings. Beautiful wood work and brick walls. Perfect location. Host was very communicative responding quickly for any questions.

Great place and perfect location. The only thing I would note is that it might not be a great place for someone who goes to sleep early or has kids that nap. It is right above a bar/restaurant and a concert venue. However those places are not open that late.

Labor Day in Lexington

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It is in a wonderful location in downtown Lexington. The management team was responsive to questions and concerns. We were able to spend time as a family and had enough space to read or play games. We recommend the property for visitors to the charming town of Lexington.

Great location

Lexington is a fantastic little gem of a town. Many great shops and restaurants. This property is located right by the pier and beach. Property manager Collin was so great to work with. One negative would be the living room leather wrap around couch had all the leather peeling off of it. It should have had a slip cover on it. The suite decor is a bit dated & could use some updates. But the space worked out for a girls weekend.

FANTASTIC STAY

We just returned from Lexington yesterday evening and I must say we were not disappointed! Upon arriving, one DOES need to climb one set of stairs. It is not difficult, as I am a lung cancer survivor and my lung capacity is compromised. (This is simply a FYI for anyone who may have a handicap or for someone who needs an elevator) The suite is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and very spacious! It is immaculate with comfortable bedding as well as 2 very large bathrooms with many fresh towels. The showers each have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in case you forget yours or simply want to try something new, which I did. I loved all so much I had to message Collin to ask what the brands were! The kitchen is not big but is set up beautifully and there is EVERYTHING you need to cook if you're into doing that. There are many amenities there, as it truly is home away from home. Aside from making coffee and toast in the morning, we chose trying the places directly downstairs from the suite for dinner, which were both delicious as well as having excellent service. The bedrooms are huge and each bedroom is comfortable and cozy. The sheets smelled amazing! I know that seems unimportant, however it is the little things that make a difference upon staying somewhere! Everyone in our party slept well each night. Lastly, when you stay here you will be right in the heart of this beautiful little lake town. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUT ON STAYING HERE! It was truly a wonderful week.

All the ladies had a great time, and I didn’t hear about anyone having any issues or concerns. The beds moved a little too much, probably because the floors were not carpeted, but it wasn’t too bad. Everything. was very clean and roomy.

Great in every way!

Everything was great start to finish! The suite has beautiful views of the lake and main street. The beach, pier, shops, restaurants- everything you need was in walking distance. Amazing location! Collin was great! He came and checked on us when we arrived and was easy to communicate with! The suite itself was better than pictures. Tons of space, extremely clean and well taken care of. I will definitely be staying there again!
