Unit #105 is a own stairs one bedroom, one bath condo (sleeps up to 4) full of charm and decorated in a contemporary country décor.

This size unit allows for 1 vehicle

Living room: A beautiful brick wood burning stove greets you as you step into the living room and relax on the sectional sofa with hide-a-bed. In addition, this room has other items to enjoy: the 40" smart flat screen TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils, perfect for a home-away-from-home cooked meal. There is a regular drip coffee maker in the unit.

Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom holds a cozy queen size bed. You have also an extra flat screen TV in the bedroom to relax in and enjoy the nights you will be staying up here in Mammoth. For your guests, there is an alcove a spacious queen bottom bunk, and cozy twin bunk on top. The sleeper sofa allows for additional sleeping options.

Dated but adequate property. Good rental rate, adequate parking. Far walk to clubhouse and hot tub. The owner was great and responsive with questions related to the property. I would stay here again for the price.

Clean and close to the mountain. A couple of updates (new toilet, fridge, stove) by the property owner would make a huge improvement in the overall experience.

Excellent Getaway

The property was very roomy and comfortably slept four on our trip. The cozy living room was perfect for games and a night time movie. The hot tub and sauna were a short walk from our unit and were great for relaxing after a ski day. Location is excellent- we were minutes away from canyon lodge and within walking distance to the village and nearby fun. I would GLADLY return this season!

Needs updating

This condo needs updating and better maintenance! The lighting is poor and not very bright. The living room/dining room had two windows and a slider. However you could only get a view or see out of one window- nice! The patio area on the other side of the slider was filled with firewood which was good however 20 something-year-old plywood was hiding the view all the way from floor to roof line on the patio— very ugly. And the only other window in that area was blocked off! The carpet looked like It was the original carpet from the 70s or 80s! The living room and dining room carpet seemed clean though, but the sink area of the bathroom carpet looked dirty! The bedroom door had to be propped up by a trashcan otherwise it wouldn’t stay open! The showerhead looked like it came from the 70s and was only about shoulder height and you could not adjust it! This amazed us because updating a showerhead is not expensive at all. Saturday mid morning, while I was washing my hair in the shower the water went from comfortably warm to Mammoth ice cold!! It was a horrible experience taking a shower in the freezing cold water!!! We have no idea why the water turned to ice cold so quick as because that was the only time that that had happened in the two nights we stayed there! I had dropped Some Kleenex in between the master bed and the nightstand. I went to reach for the Kleenex and instead of grabbing a Kleenex, I grabbed up A dirty used sanitary napkin instead!! Who knows how long it has been there!!! NASTY!! They need to work with housekeeping! Our family has a VRBO in Idaho, so we know updating and doing proper maintenance and cleaning is at absolute must! This VRBO condo Was not cheap (over $700 for a two night stay)!! For that price, the condo needs to be updated and better maintained!!

Amazing Location and Stay

We had a fantastic time staying at the property.. Would surely rent again.. It was hot during the summer and the property management company was able to provide room fans to cool down.
