Living room: This cozy condo has a nice, plump sleeper sofa, extra-large chair, and/or a recliner to snuggle up in. Watch the flat screen TV or chose some available videos to pop in the DVD Player! Build a fire in the river rock fireplace to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Dining area: An open table can seat up all guests, including 2 benches available at the kitchen bar.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils to cook up a great feast. This unit has a regular drip coffee maker

Sleeping arrangements: The bedroom offers a king size bed and flat screen television, while the bunk area features a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top! The sleeper sofa in the living room is available for additional space.

For those winter enthusiasts, this condominium boasts a season's locker at Canyon Lodge.

Comfortable and easy

Condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable and clean. Super easy shuttle access across the street. Great and quick communication with Teri. Love the keyless access to the condo. Would stay here again for sure!

Get Away from LA

Location of this property is pretty good close proximity to everything. Lack of assigned parking makes the vacation a bit more stressful when arriving after hours. Property was clean but everything was a bit dated ok for a short stay. I would recommend for a younger couple.

Cozy and close to everything

We stayed here over New Year’s and enjoyed the space very much. It is located directly across the street from a bus stop on the blue line for canyon lodge. We walked a few minutes to the Village for fireworks on NYE and walked back. Overall we had a great stay. The check in process was easy and every question I had beforehand was answered almost immediately. The beds were nice. The couch was comfy. The TV in the living room was a Smart TV-excellent. The only downside to my review is the kitchen was a little outdated. We didn’t mind, but it should be mentioned that we put items in the door of the fridge and they fell out the first time we opened it back up because the bar across to hold things in-is broken. And the microwave door was kind of taped together and falling apart. The cabinets and drawers were a little wobbly, but gave character. No big deal. We had all the kitchenware we needed. Dinnerware, silverware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, teapot, mixing bowls, cutting boards, etc. There is no supply of spices like some units have. If you need more than salt and pepper, be sure to bring it. Overall great stay for 2 adults and 2 teenagers!

A Perfect Place to Stay in Mammoth

Stay is very good and near to market places and middle of Mammoth Lakes. They arranged some items when we requested them even though they are not in Amenities list. Kudos to the host, Teri.

Clean condo in great location

The condo met our needs well for a March ski vacation. Very easy to get to Canyon lodge via shuttle and gondola. Would stay here again.
