The first picture is not an accurate current view. The Dune has taken most of the view. You can see a little bit of the water from the deck now.

Very nice, but some issues

Very nice deck and house had all we needed and was clean. Nice view. Down side was: Washing machine makes loud noise and moves across the floor and hits water heater while spinning. Stairs to beach need repair. Kitchen sink drains have a very bad smell.
