Beautiful retreat

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert. The unit was well equipped with everything needed and our girls enjoyed their time at the pool every day. It made for a great holiday!

The property was very comfortable . Some of the advertised amenities were not available. The pool was out of commission and had been for the previous 5 months but was not advised of this at any time., which was very concerning. The grounds are immaculate and well manicured. We hired a car which was a blessing as the property is not within walking distance of the local amenities. Evolve was very responsive to our concerns which we greatly appreciated.

Hi Barbara, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience and we're disappointed we missed the mark and would like to take a moment to address your concerns. - The pool is currently under construction, and unfortunately is completely out of our control as it is a community amenity controlled by the HOA. We have yet to be provided with an estimated completion date, however, the complex does offer additional pools on the same grounds within a short walking distance. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and that this had a negative impact on your stay. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Tucked Away with Palm Trees and Pool

This property is lovely. It sits on an interior loop in the Desert Falls Country Club, so it's quiet and peaceful. The inside decor is attractive, with numerous special touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with every item you might need. We enjoy cooking so this was especially nice to have. The condo with it's outside patio faces a sloping lawn with palm trees. Beyond the lawn and trees is a large lap pool and hot tub which we could see from the living room. We enjoyed swimming after a day of cycling, or hiking. Our only concern is that we would like to rent this condo for a longer stay, but the rates are very high. Wish the owner would consider lowering the price for a two month stay. Mary & Ken

Comfortable condo

Nice, well equipped condo. Comfortable bed, quiet and easy to access nearby restaurants and attractions. Unfortunately the internet didn’t work (Spectrum out the day we left) so no tv or internet during our stay and also the ice maker stopped producing on our third day so we had to run to a nearby grocery store. None of these were game changers, just annoyances. Also beware if you go in the winter that the hot tub is more like a lukewarm tub and while you can control the jets (turn them on) you cannot adjust the heat. Unfortunately this made for a very cold walk back to the condo.

Relaxation in the Desert

Kitchen amenities were provided which allowed us to eat in. The patio was sunny at sunrise and shaded in the afternoon. We were generally satisfied with the property, but surprised upon arrival with written instruction to leave thermostat above 75 degrees or a/c unit would freeze. Not everyone would be comfortable with that temperature range. Everything else was in good order and we enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing getaway location

We needed a family getaway without the crowds. This location provided that. Clean and spacious. The pools hardly had more then six people. We will diffidently be returning with the family and telling our friends about it also. I want to thank Emily for responding to every question.

Spacious home in beautiful neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean, spacious and bright. Loved sitting on the sunny patio in the morning with shade in the afternoon. The pool was so convenient and even though there were some limited rules during Covid we were still able to swim when we wanted. It was not crowded at all. The Desert Falls neighborhood was very pretty and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property was very clean and the owner very accommodating and friendly. Great location, right near the community pool and very spacious unit. Very comfortable master bed. I was so excited about all of the ammenities they had in the kitchen for cooking meals - spices, cookware, etc. We had such a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Great location, beautiful home.

Everything was as depicted. Location is less than a mile from I 10 so travel to other parts of the valley was easy. No issues at all. The gatekeeper had a mistake on the check out date, which was cleared up quickly by our host.
