Beautiful Villa, Magnificent views and Pool, Ample parking,
"Calanque DE LA LOUVE" is a spacious modern villa built in 2005. There are three properties in the complex, Demeures de la Louve, entered via an electronic gate. The property is situated on a sunny hillside in a quiet location overlooking the beautiful and unspoiled Massif de Maures which is a nationally protected forest with a variety of wild life. The forest, which is dramatic consists mainly of cork trees.
The villa faces south west and enjoys sun on its two terraces (one covered) throughout the day. You can choose to relax in the private garden, by the pool or on the nearby sandy beaches of Canadel, Pramousquier, Rayol or Cavaliere just two minutes away. All have ample parking, good bars/restaurants and facilities.
The villa is conveniently located for access to local towns and villages such as Cavaliere, Le Lavandou, Cavlaire and Rayol Canadel. For those wanting to explore the entire South Coast then you can easily visit St Tropez (30 minutes drive), Nice (2 hours drive), Marseille (90 minutes drive), Monaco (2 and a half hours drive).
For younger families there are many waterparks and theme parks, some within 20 minutes drive, however major parks such as Aqualand are only an hours drive away.
For those wanting to partake in watersports there are many hire locations, the closest being Cavaliere where you can rent anything from paddle boards to jet skis. Sailing and diving tuition is also available.

GROUND FLOOR:
Entrance porch leading into the large pleasant spacious hall.
Living room:
This is a large airy, L shaped room including internal dining area to easily accommodate 8 and with open fireplace. There are views from three windows, one of which leads to the upper terrace.
Two large comfortable sofas, chairs, widescreen TV, with english satellite, and DVD.
Dining table and seating for eight plus two high chairs.
Kitchen:
Hand made fully equipped kitchen with oven. microwave and induction hob.Large fridge/freezer.Door leading to upper terrace.
Bed 1.
Double bed, fitted wardrobes bedside tables and large chest of drawers. Door leading to upper terrace.
Bathroom.
Large en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower, wash basin and vanity unit.
WC. with separate wash hand basin.
Access to Garage where there are a washing machine, tumble dryer and drinks fridge.

Double bedroom with uninterrupted views over the surrounding hillside.

Twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and uninterrupted views over the surrounding hillside.

All rooms are fully furnished with wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables.
All rooms are well pointed with modern light furnishings.
OUTSIDE.
Upper terrace,
access is gained from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. On the terrace is a table, seating for eight and sun loungers.

with table and chairs approached from the garden.
PRIVATE GARDEN
with sun loungers. and views over the surrounding hillside.
SWIMMING POOL.
10 x 5 metres. with loungers.This is fenced for safety and is a facility shared with our two neighbours which we would ask you to respect.
Parking for 3 cars
All outside furniture is provided together with BBQ, sun loungers and tables.
Le Rayol Canadel is part of the French Riviera which is protected from development, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty. It has not been spoiled by mass tourism and is therefore one of the few unspoiled areas of the mediterranean coast.
If you wish to visit larger, more well known towns e.g. St Tropez, St Maxim,Frejus etc They are between 30 and 40 minutes drive away whereas Cavalaire and Le lavandou are only 10 minutes away.
The town of Rayol has everything from a small supermarket ,boulangerie, bucherie, doctors, pharmacy and one of the best restaurants in the area Maurin des Maures. There is a very good convenience store only a few minutes walk from the villa.
There are many sporting activities in the area.
The Domain du Rayol boasts sub tropical gardens which are open to the public.
There are concerts held in the gardens during the year.
Markets.
There are numerous markets in the area. The largest and most renowned being St Tropez which is held every Saturday and Tuesday. (be sure to arrive early) further details of markets are in the villa and at the tourist information office.
Linen.
All linen and towels are included but if there is excessive usage of electricity and water we reserve the right to make a charge.
The letting is weekly from Saturday 4.00pm until the following Saturday 10.00am
TO BOOK:
Please check availability and request a booking form. We will then reserve the property for seven days pending completion and return of the booking form and payment of the non refundable deposit of 25%. The balance is payable six weeks before the commencement of the letting when a £500:00 security deposit will also be payable.

We are an English family from Derbyshire who have owned a property in Rayol Canadel for over 20 years.
We sold our flat in 2004 in order to purchase our present newly built villa to accommodate our family and friends.

After investigating the area 25 years ago we decided to settle in this beautiful location which is unspoiled and largely undiscovered by holiday makers.
What makes this property unique
The villa has beautiful beaches and facilities within a few hundred yards. Also we have the benefit of a pool.
There are excellent restaurants and shops a few minutes away. Recommendations can be provided when booking. During the summer months (April to October) it is a pleasant stroll to a local convenience store for freshly baked baguettes and croissants
