Nerja Modern Apt with Communal Pool and Sea Views, 5 minutes walk to beach


Nerja, a popular resort is readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. It nestles in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, and offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker. Local excursions include the Nerja Caves, one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions. The accommodation includes one double bedroom with en suite, one twin bedroom, a brand new (2024) full bathroom with shower and wc, a lounge/diner with TV and patio doors to the terrace which overlooks the pool and sea. A fully equipped recently refurbished kitchen has oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. In February 2022 we fitted a new air con/heating system. We also have a secure car park where you can park for free.

We have just had the most prefect family holiday at this apartment. The accommodation is fantastic, and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. The view for the balcony is stunning and I’m going to miss waking up to the palm trees! The pool is a great bonus! Being right in the heart of Nerja you can walk everywhere. We had fun exploring all the restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. Throughly recommend a stay at this apartment and the host has been amazing and so helpful. Thank you! We will be back!

Perfect Apartment

The apartment is as described and in a perfect location in Nerja, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shops. Spotlessly clean with plenty of room and a fantastic balcony that overlooks the pool, which itself is ideal to swim and relax both in and around. Sharon is a great host with excellent communication. Would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

Lovely spot

Stayed the whole month of February. So relaxing! Updated bathrooms were nice. Location was great we walked to everything! Some noise from the retiling of the pool and some tree removal for a few days, otherwise quiet. Comfy beds and cushions on the chairs for the balcony, plus nice furniture in the living area. We want to come back next year!

A great apartment in an excellent location

We had a wonderful holiday in Nerja. The apartment was spacious, light and airy. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds. The balcony was a real plus, overlooking the communal pool and with views to the sea and hills. There were several beaches just a short stroll from the apartment, and lots of bars, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous apartment

We stayed for eight days. The apartment is very close to the beach and centre of Nerja. The apartment is also well equipped and has all the beach related games and accessories. The pool is a good size and enjoyable by adults and kids. A lovely stay in a lovely apartment.

Last minute stay!

This apartment just suited our short stay in Nerja. Parking was so easy & secure which is a must in Nerja. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool & a view of the sea. There were lots of beach chairs & beach toys for people with children. All in all a lovely apartment in our favourite town!

A enjoyable apartment with the best location at Nerja.

Me and some of my family members have enjoyed staying at this apartment at Edificio Acapulco in the best part of Nerja. The apartment is modern and nice and the equipment was good enough for me and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately didn’t the microwave oven work, though it became no problem.The sea view from the balcony is so nice as well as the view over the garden. Hopefully I’m coming back next year.Best regard S. Kidman

So lovely I don't want to tell anyone incase it gets booked up. Great location. Near beach and restaurants also short walk to the Balcon de Europa. Nerja is a great town with great transport links to Firigliana, Malaga, etc. Would recommend the Rincon de ENCARNE on the roundabout in Calle Rodriguez Acosta. Opposite Trebol. The food was delicious each time we visited and order in advance and have the Paella. In a word. WONDERFUL.

We had 10 different families come to Nerja for a wedding. Of the 10 different properties, consensus is we had the best value with Sharon's place. The location is perfect; the swimming pool is a much added benefit. And it is delightfully quiet. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need but you may not need anything cause there's a 1000 restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment was in a convenient location within easy walking distance of good restaurants and small supermarkets. Private parking on the premises was essential and very welcome as parking in Nerja is very limited. The apartment was comfortably and well furnished with all the necessary equipment. The balcony overlooked the splendid pool and pretty garden which offered both areas of shade and sun. We very much enjoyed our stay and would confidently recommend this apartment.

Bright apartment, great location

Apartment is ideally located on gated property near centre of city in quiet area close to beaches. It’s large pool, generous garden, rare private parking are big pluses which compensate for the building’s poor inside sound-proofing during quiet hours and the ‘on-call’ propane-fired hot water system which is near impossible to adjust for comfortable shower. Also, mini-refrigerator was incentive to enjoy numerous Nerja restaurants.

We liked the apartment. It was nice to find cold water and beer in the fridge. In principle, everything necessary for cooking was in the kitchen, I mean dishes. Only there was no coffee maker. But there was one unpleasant incident. My wife found 2 large cockroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night and was very scared. The location is great! Very close to a beautiful beach, but keep in mind that the descent to the beach goes through steep steps. There is a swimming pool in the yard of the house. The territory is very well maintained. The residents are all friendly. When we had a question about the functioning of the air conditioner, we wrote to the owner and she answered very quickly and helped with advice! The nearest grocery store is a 3-minute walk, and a large Mercadona supermarket is 11-13 minutes away.

Comfortable apartment in great location

This apartment is in the best location for the beach and restaurants. It was good to have 2 bathrooms but this has been done at the expense of the bedroom which we found rather small. Good wardrobe space though and a comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped but have to confess we did not cook anything as we ate out all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It was such good value to eat out compared to the UK. A coffee was 1.3 euro where in the UK I pay £3.50. The swimming pool and gardens were also lovely. Our weather was all over the place when we were there, quite cool and lots of rain so the pool was very fresh! Overall, a very good stay.

Wonderful Apartment

We spent a week at the apartment in late September. It's the first time we have been to this part of Spain and the apartment and Nerja was recommended by friends. We were not disappointed. The apartment was lovely and clean and well furnished with a superb balcony over looking the very well kept gardens, the large pool and far reaching views of the sea. In fact each morning we sat on the balcony and watched the sun rise. The apartment grounds were kept spotless by the resident caretaker who watered the lawns each day and also cleaned the pool. The picturesque small town of Nerja was lovely and for somebody who loves to sit at a pavement restaurant watching the world go by it was ideal. We couldn't believe the number of first class restaurants many with roof top terraces looking over the town. All the streets in the old part are pedestrian ways and so interesting. We spent a day at the hill top village of frigiliana which is a must. In summary we really enjoyed are holiday in Nerja and certainly recommend the apartment . We will definitely be back

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

The apartment is comfortable - good beds and sofas, well-equipped and it’s in a great location. The pool and gardens are lovely (very well-maintained and it’s a pool you can properly swim in) and the balcony is nice. We visited in April and the sun was on the balcony until about 2 and we thoroughly enjoyed having our breakfast or lunch out there on sunny days and enjoying the view. Having a parking space is also a huge advantage. The booking process was really easy and a couple of minor issues while we there were dealt with very quickly. The bathrooms are quite small and a little bit tired (although the showers etc. worked fine) and it would be nice if there were some chairs to use in the garden - there are no seats or sun beds and although we were okay lying on the grass my 83 year old mum couldn’t join us. Other than this the apartment worked well travelling with someone with limited mobility - there’s a lift, the walk into town is flat and a walk in shower in the en-suite (although it’s an over bath shower in the main bathroom and there are no handles). A very pleasant apartment - we’d stay again if we visited Nerja again in the future and we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We are a family from England that have been visiting Nerja for over 20 years. We have 2 grown up children who also love spending their time in Nerja fishing, swimming and just relaxing.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Nerja during a visit in 2005 and decided that we wanted to buy an apartment. We decided on the area that we wanted to buy and we believe we have one of the best locations in Nerja as it is only 5 minutes from the beach and town, yet tucked away in a quiet corner. Absolutely no need for a car rental!

What makes this property unique

There are some fabulous traditional restaurants and bars a short stroll from the apartment where you can practice your Spanish. We really enjoy our time in Nerja and are sure you will enjoy this traditional Andalucian town. If you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact us.
