A modern, air conditioned, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property and 3 WCs, with a private pool in the picturesque and sought after village of Tala. Set in a quiet, elevated position overlooking the Paphos coast with stunning views and sunsets. The villa includes Internet TV giving most English Channels along with freeview & DVD & stereo in the lounge. Reliable WiFi is installed and covers both Villa and Pool area. The villa is equally equipped for couples or families. The traditional village square is 5 minutes away with a good choice of bars and restaurants and small supermarkets. The main town of Paphos is a 10 minute drive away and has a large selection of shops. The sandy beach of Coral Bay is also a 10 minute drive away. Paphos Airport is a 20 min drive and Larnaca in approx 1 hour 45 mins.

It is a comfortable and well equipped villa with stunning views over the Coral Bay area of Paphos

We had a lovely stay, the surrounding area is pretty but very hilly, you can walk to local taverners but it is a challenging trip. To be honest I would say that a car is a must if you want to get about as we saw no public transport. The villa its self is clean, accommodating and very well equipped, after a shopping trip you could quite comfortably relax and spend your time by the pool and not bother travelling anywhere. In my contact with the owner I have found her very friendly, helpful and precise in all her dealings with us. I would definitely consider going back and would recommend the property to friends and family. Obviously Paphos is a lovely town to visit and the surrounding area has many attractions, not least a nice Zoo. We visited the Aphrodite's Rock micro brewery, I cant recommend the place highly enough (if you like good beer and good food). All in all we had a relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings.

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Very lovely, uncomplicated contact with Pauline at any time, spatious villa with a lovely terrace for a long breakfast and stunning sunsets at dinner. Our boys spent hours in the pool which was perfectly cleaned by John twice a week. Airconditioning in rooms was a great relief on hot days. Due to location on a steep hill outside the village (best view to the sea!!) a car is mandatory. Ants, cockroaches and insects (humidity in the cupboards ?) easily killed with insecticide spray from local supermarkets ;-) For a holiday with children a perfect villa to spend the days with various activities (walks, boat hiring and snorkeling, swimming, archeological visits.....). Thank you Pauline!

Fabulous villa, fantastic area, amazing holiday had by all!

We actually don't think the photos did this villa justice! It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was perfect size for our three teenagers who spent hours in it! Fabulous sea views and a couple of stunning sunsets! Owners provided a brand new BBQ for our stay which we used a couple of times. Charming village within walking distance with a couple of very steep hills on the homeward journey - great for walking off your dinner! Big supermarket within 15 mins drive. Go carting and waterpark within 30 mins drive, 45 mins drive to Latchi where you can do any watersport you can think of! Great! Car essential in our opinion! Owner recommended a great local meze restaurant which we tried and loved. English next door neighbour also very helpful with recommendations, the best of which was The Last Castle restaurant - an absolute must, our favourite restaurant of the holiday!! Owner couldn't have been more helpful and prepared to go above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and we really did! If I was pushed to make a criticism it would be that there could be more sun beds, plenty of chairs but only two sun beds which you could lay flat on! That said, a brilliant villa, great location, would highly recommend. Thank you Pauline for the use of your villa!!

felt like a home

Great location, central to Paphos, Coral Bay, Payia and of course Tala and other villages, so much to see and explore, but like any villa in and around Tala a car is necessary in my opinion. The villa was all we had expected, clean pool, clean home, and internet connection for some essential comms which is brilliant but rare to get in Cyprus. We had a fab, relaxing time even though we were only two there was plenty of room in the villa for a family. We look forward to returning next year. Paul & Jenny
