Our beautiful villa is ideally located for holidaymakers who want to take full advantage of central Florida area. Convenient for all attractions, just 30 mins from Disney, 40 mins from Sea World, Universal, 45 mins from Orlando airport and an hour away from both coasts. This fully air-conditioned villa is sumptuously furnished throughout. There is a 65" 4K smart TV, free WIFI and PS2 console. All bedrooms have smart TVs (meaning you can use your existing apps - Netflix etc while you're staying) and masses of closet space. A safe is provided to store valuables. The games room has a full-size pool table and table foosball. The private pool also has a hot tub/spa. The deck area is huge, allowing plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and is completely screened to keep insects out. It is child-friendly (safety fence and each of the 3 doors to the pool, from the living room and both master bedrooms emits a subtle audible alarm when it is opened).

Relaxing time for our family

This is a pleasant property with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of beds and the kitchen is well stocked. Also plenty of blankets which come in handy for snuggling on the couch in January. Overall, the hot tub was the star and was used every night of our stay.

House has nicely furnished. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Kitchen had everything we needed. Gated community so we felt safe and even walked at night. TV every room. No complaints Host was great to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it..

Was in a secure and very nice location, had almost 3 days with pool issues, but Joe the property manager, did great too get everything warming properly, but overall a great place to stay, hopefully we will get a great deal next time we decide to come down! God bless !

Amazing family paradise

The property is amazing! My family of six had plenty of space and things to do at the house. They had so much fun playing in the game room when I could get them out of the pool/hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook like we were home and all of the furniture was comfy too. Dave is very friendly and helpful. We would for sure want to visit again!

Best house in neighborhood!

We’ve stayed in Haines City for several trips now. This house in Calabay Parc is by far the nicest one we’ve rented. It’s clean, updated, has great a/c, hot tub & furnishings. Local management company is very nice & quick to respond to questions. Owner is also very quick to respond to emails. I would highly recommend this house for your next trip to Orlando and/or Tampa area.

The home was overall okay, but we encountered several issues that significantly affected our experience and ability to stay there for our vacation.Some basic items were missing—such as washcloths, kitchen essentials, and other everyday necessities—which made the stay less convenient than it should have been. We were also greeted upon arrive by being swarmed by wasps from the several nests around the front entrance and garage door. Not a great first impression.More seriously, we discovered black mold in the HVAC system after a restless night of warm moist air keeping the family up. A typical problem with AC systems not being able to cool a home is due to clogged air filters. Both the air handler and return line were absolutely disgusting. This was obviously a major health concern and made it difficult to remain in the home. We immediately booked a new place to stay and contacted the owner.That said, the VRBO owner was very responsive once we reported the issue. They took our concerns seriously and promptly refunded our stay, which we greatly appreciated.The property has potential with a fine layout and location, but it clearly needs a better property manager (owner lives in the UK) and attention given to safety and other details. Hopefully, the necessary improvements are made for future guests.

Lovely Villa!

The property was just as listed. Clean and spacious. Loved the pool! Beautiful lights (very pretty at night) and nicely heated. We had one minor issue with the pool jets and the management was extremely responsive and kind. The kitchen has basic cooking/serving items. The electric kettle was very nice to have...I'm a hot tea lover. Thank you so much!! We would highly recommend this villa and gladly stay here again.

Great villa

A great villa and as per the photos on HomeAway. We really enjoyed ourselves with plenty of space for all five of us. Husband and wife two teenage girls (17,18) and family friend. Lovely gated community and close to shopping at Walmart for all your needs. A bit of a journey to the Orlando theme parks but doable, although watch out on interstate I4, some of the drivers are crazy. It was good to come away from the hustle of the parks in the evening. Also easy enough to head to Cape canaveral, and Clearwater, Both Just over 90 mins away. We had a slight problem with the pool but the management company came the next morning to fix the ph balance and we were happy from there on in. There was a broken wall socket in one of the bedrooms which we reported on arrival, but this did not cause us any challenges, although it was not replaced while we were there. More than happy to recommend this villa if you’re planning a trip to central Florida. The owner was very easy to deal with and provided lots of recommendations, and deposit was quickly refunded. Take the recommendation for Manny’s chop house at least once for the American steak dinner experience!

Beautiful Florida home!

The house was exactly as described. Absolutely beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. Our only "complaint" is we didn't get to spend more time relaxing at the house. Dave was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time at his home. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Easy check in process. Large house in nice gated community. Owner and property manager were easy to reach and helpful, We enjoyed the hot tub. Decor is dark and dated. Lots of artificial plants that are dusty. Carpet is worn.
