Beautiful garden surrounded with bougainvilleas, bird of paradise, jade plants & many more soothing plants, Roof terrace. Secluded Garden, Pergola, and Built-In Barbecue. The Villa is within a short walk of restaurants and shops. There are around 12 golf courses within the vicinity. 10-minute drive to the beach. A tranquil Peaceful, Harmonious feeling of bliss as you open the door of this magnificent villa..
The raised level ground floor consists of a sitting room, dining room, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, cooker, fridge freezer, breakfast room, 3 double bedrooms en suite guest bathroom, 3 double sofa bed, balcony leading to the swimming, pool, garden .and roof terrace ****Please Note that the lower ground floor Apartment (Basement) is not available.************** We just recently install Airconditioning Unit in each of the 3 Bedrooms.

Perfect House!!!

Perfect house to comfortably host up to 12 people. location is just few minutes away from beach, restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and all the neighbors were very friendly. Would definitely book again. Thanks!

Beautiful, Spacious Villa for my Family & Friends

We stayed at Genies Apartment in London & she did mention to us her Villa in Almancil, Algarve, Portugal.So we came few months later & here I have to say. Beautiful, Lovely Spacious & Comfortable Villa ideal for our large group of family & friends. It is also great to have our pint, lunch & dinner round the corner. Pingo Doce Supermarket is super to have our grocery, quick lunch & home made pizza & pasta, We enjoyed our stay here with privacy. The weather is just perfect; not hot and not so cold. We definitely will come back. We did not see Genie but she called us once or twice during our stay. Thank you Genie.

Maison principale composee de 2 appartements communicant + appartement a cote de la maison. appartement principal soit disant prevu pour 10 personnes, en realite 6 personnes. 4 personnes ( moins de 1.80m) sont sensees dormir sur 2 banquettes defoncees dans le salon. Vaisselle sale a notre arrivee. drap de lit racommode, rideaux dechires...baignoire bouchee... barbecue et piscine sont a partager avec les autres locataires. La piscine est beaucoup trop chloree (attention aux irritations). elle est en mauvais etat : marches d escalier sans revetement...coupures des pieds garanties. Ce n est pas une maison luxe...

Home was perfect for me and my extended family. We were in the area to attend a wedding. The home was spacious and had everything thing we needed. I would definitely stay there the next time I visit the Almancil area.

Just a fabulous Owners Direct experience. We had 12 people in the Luxury Villa with Apartment. All were very comfortable. Beds are great, kitchen if you are up for cooking, can handle anything and is well equipped. Perfect size for large group efforts. Cannot say enough good things. If you need a big place, this is it!

We stayed at Genie place for a family reunion. The house was well-maintained and we had plenty of room for our 12 guests. Short 10 minutes' drive to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants, this is a great location for vacationing with family and friends.

Beautiful location in Almancil, Portugal I think for vacation trip everything what u need just nearby apartment. this is my memorable vacation in Portugal. Genie was wonderful host give me good tips for market area. There is intimate patio neat and clean. Genie was very quick to respond and very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place!

I joined the PILGRIMAGE in Portugal, sometime in February, 2003. I was impressed of the Country, the People & its Locality. My family and friends use to travel extensively to stay in our villa but later years our children has grown up & lead them to different countries in the world. Recently decided that I would like to share the beauty of my Villa who choose to come to Portugal for their family and friends, too.


Casa Coniglio has that feeling of tranquility, peace & harmony as you enter its doors. I am blessed that my family and friends have the privilege to spend some of the weeks in our house while away in London.
