Our home is located in Pebble Beach, inside the Country Club Gate, in the beautiful Del Monte Forest, just .8 miles from Spanish Bay, and just one block from 17-mile drive. Driving distance to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf is approximately 10 minutes. America's newest National Park, Pinnacles National Park, is about 1 hour, 20 minute drive via the beautiful Salinas Valley. There are many fine restaurants nearby, including the Inn at Spanish Bay, Pacific Grove, Monterey and Carmel.

Our 3- bedroom, 2.5- bathroom home features a great room with a 50" Smart TV, kitchen, family room and dining area, and laundry room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The Master Bedroom has one King bed and a private bath, as well as a 42" Smart TV. The second bedroom has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two-extra long twin beds., Both bedrooms share a bathroom. Our home can accommodate 6 adults plus 2 children. We have off-street parking for 3 cars.

The newly landscaped yard is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the sound of the surf or the bagpiper from the Inn at the Spanish Bay, as he makes his 5:00 p.m. evening rounds. Our home is set in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood within the beautiful Del Monte Forest.

Although this site shows we have been a member since 2012, this home is a recent listing as of August 2016.

We are licensed by Monterey County for short-term rental.

Terrific Vacation Spot for Family

We had a wonderful time relaxing, playing on the beach, hiking, and just enjoying being together. The house was furnished with excellent quality furniture, linens, towels, and everything you could ever want in the kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and communicated well.

A Wonderful Getaway in Pebble Beach

Fantastic Thanksgiving

We had a great time with family during Thanksgiving at Jan and Jon's Pebble Beach home. Quiet streets, nearby walking trails, and beautiful scenery, even with a bit of rain! The house was delightful, and perfect for our three "unit" family.

Thanksgiving Gathering

We had lots of family in town for the holiday and needed a home nearby for folks to stay that we couldn't accommodate. Jan & Jon's place was perfect for my family guests. There were so many lovely touches from the flowers and treats on arrival to the lovely bottle of wine from their own winery. We would absolutely rent from them again.

Core Memory - Great House - Amazing area!

There isn't enough room in this review to share what a great stay we had here and the overall experience within the Pebble Beach complex. It's stunningly gorgeous and this house is so close to everything. House, kitchen, beds, backyard oasis, amenities - everything we hoped/asked for! And the owners were SO thoughtful - left the sweetest birthday notes and a bottle of wine from their family vineyard (what?? pinch me!!). Be sure to research their family story/vineyard - they have built a lovely legacy and it is an honor to experience a small part! Thank you for helping us create lasting memories for my birthday!

Beautiful Property

Our four night stay along with my son and his family was absolutely perfect. We loved the home and everything you could want is available. Serene, peaceful environment, well equiped kitchen, very nicely furnished, comfortable bedding, great deck and backyard and extremely well equipped kitchen. Listen to the ocean every night

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brosseau’s lovely home. Three generations, including a 2 and 5 year old, found everything we needed to make our time together perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture comfortable. The toys engaging for all ages. The best thing was hearing the ocean from the master bedroom which was just a short walk away. Wonderful, quiet stay

We came here for a long weekend and the house was exactly what we needed. Jan was very thorough in communications and made us feel very welcome. She's quick to text if you need anything (just needed WiFi password) and very responsive. My boys loved all the toys and games they provided and the house has more than everything you will need. The kitchen is VERY stocked! The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The only thing to note - is the house does get hot in unseasonably warm weather (which we happen to have) but that's not really an owner issue, just something to note! Thank you Jan. We loved our stay!

Just Wow!

Jan’s place was absolutely beautiful! It felt like home, but elevated. We were welcomed with treats, fresh fruit, coffee and a note. Including a lovely bottle of wine from their vineyard! The fridge also had fresh milk, juice and half n half. What more could we need?! I’ve stayed in a lot of places and have never received such a welcome! During our stay we enjoyed cooking together in the fully stocked large kitchen. The home had more than enough room for the 6 adults in my group. We enjoyed just hanging out and playing games. (Which they had many to choose from!). The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were full of nice amenities. I felt fancy!!The location is so nice. We took a nice walks around the neighborhood where we saw deer and a coyote. Any place we wanted to go was a comfortable drive. The famous 17 Mile Drive literally passes the street the house is on! You don’t have to pay to drive it since you’re staying in the neighborhood. Stunning views everywhere!!Communication with Jan was easy. She was always quick to respond when asked for recommendations. Check in was also extremely easy with the detailed instructions that she shared with me. I highly recommend staying here! I will for sure be booking again next time we’re in town!Thanks for everything Jan!

Perfect Pebble Beach Family Home

My family and I rented this house over the Thanksgiving break and everyone was impressed with the location, quality and cooking amenities available in the kitchen! The front parking is ample and the backyard is a great place to drink, both coffee and wine!

We are the developers and owners of the Inn at the Pinnacles Bed & Breakfast, located 1.5 miles from America's Newest National Park, the Pinnacles National Park. We purchased our ranch in 1978, built the Inn in 2000, and opened the Inn in 2002.

We have owned property in Monterey County for over 40 years, and have enjoyed the Monterey Peninsula for many years as well.

Our home is set in a quiet residential area of the Del Monte Forest and is within easy walking distance to the 17 mile drive, Spanish Bay, and the Inn at Spanish Bay. The home's location offers world class golfing, and nearby attractions such as Pacific Grove, Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, Carmel and Big Sur.
