FABULOUS SOUTH FACING 3 BEDROOM VILLA WITH VERY LARGE POOL
'Casa Leo' is a fabulous south facing villa within Santo Antonio Leisure and Golf Resort. Free unlimited fast speed WIFI... Vodafone Broadband System able to stream movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime etc...There is storage heaters in the villa for winter rentals Brand new kitchen installed in 2023 with all the modern cons and well stocked kitchen appliances . The villa is located in phase 1of the resort and its a very Private Villa with a Large Pool 13 M X 6 M and the depth is from 1M to 2.2M which is accessible from all bedrooms. The pool has just been totally renovated, and fresh water installed along with a new dolphin! The pool has under water lighting and there are ample sunbeds and a large parasol around the pool area. There is also a very handy outside shower located beside the pool , great for showering down after a visit to the beach ! A full size table tennis table beside the pool area. Outside kitchen area with real outdoor Portuguese BBQ. Great living area with plenty of comfortable sofas and large sheltered balcony for dining along with portable gas BBQ. Very close to the main spa area, which has a large adult and kids pool, near the playground and kids club, restaurants and golf centre .Guests have access to books, DVDs, jigsaws, games and kids toys in the villa. A non smoking villa.

Hello, we are a family of 5 with 3 lively active children that have been coming to Parque da Floresta for many years. Our children love the resort and all the super recreational facilities that it has to offer. Our eldest son (14yrs) started his golf at PDF and now has a handicap of 5! The golf pro is very encouraging to the juniors. After many years of renting we decided to buy and have enjoyed a home to home experience. All of our guests staying at our property have given us a extremely positive feedback and loved the resort.The western Algarve has many excellent cycling trials to enjoy. Western Algarve is quieter than other parts even in high season and the beaches are great especially if you enjoy water sports.
Why they chose this property
We love the area as it is very close to several excellent beaches and local restaurants. Fish restaurants are super and not expensive and the fish is always fresh. If you enjoy water sports there are magnificent surfing beaches nearby which offer tuition. The western Algarve offers a lovely climate as the wind cools down the hotter months allowing you to be more active than in other parts of the Algarve. The beaches are not as crowded as other areas and there is a very relaxed way of life enjoyed.
What makes this property unique
Our property is south facing and gets the sun all day long. It is not overlooked and has a lovely sheltered area for sunbathing in private. The villa is very close to the main spa area and this is a great bonus when you have young children. The villa has one of the largest pools on the resort and it also has pool heating. The full size table tennis table beside the pool is a great hit with our kids!
