You will be comfortable in all ambient temperatures, with marble floors throughout, marble bathrooms with a Jacuzzi bath in the master bathroom. Comfortable beds and furnishings with Egyptian Cotton Linen. Full Internet access via fibre, 43" Smart TV with access to your usual UK, German, French, Russian channels enabling you to keep up with the soaps, or your favorite programmes, free access to thousands of films, new and old. Sky Cinema and Sky Sports and your other Sky favorites. TV's in the bedrooms. For those who still have the energy there are two patio's where you can enjoy conversation, read or relax over a book. For those lazy nights you can cook yourself a gourmet meal in the well fitted out kitchen or bar-b-que, order a takeaway from many of your favorite restaurants in the port, Chinese, Indian, and Mexican, or at The Courtyard, half way up the hill where there is Kelly's and other outlets where you can eat in or order takeaways of English food, and Pizza's etc. Within a few minutes drive or a 20 minute walk are a selection of bars and restaurants surrounding the marina either side of which are miles of sandy beaches. Less than one hour from Malaga Airport or 30 minutes from Gibraltar Airport easily accessible without traffic jams, passing through superb scenery, some tolls to be paid from Malaga. The apartment is situated on the Hotel Golf Duquesa Course so it is overlooking the green landscape containing a large variety of birds and wildlife, with distant views of the sea. Secure garaged parking with direct access to the apartment via steps or lift ideal for the less firm or disabled. On site security with remote control barrier access. There are instructions in the apartment for the use of all of the equipment, there is information on places to go, restaurants to try and the best fish and chip shop around. Everywhere you go you will find the people jolly and most willing to help and satisfy your personal needs. It is great all year round with only a few places closing for a few months in the winter so don't just think it is a place for the summer months. The apartment is warm or cool, to suit the time of year you are there and what you need to be comfortable.

Appartement très beau et très propre. Le lit parent est top mais les lits des enfants ne sont pas confortables literie a revoir. Il manque également des ustensiles de cuisine car à 4 personnes les poêles et casseroles sont trop petites. Sinon excellent séjour

I am supprised you say there are insufficient utensils. There are two sets of everything to enable the use of the dishwasher. The apartment caters for 6 persons at least, very interesting remarks based on this.

Stay in Duquesa Village
Lovely apartment near to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful holiday during the winter months. No sun on balcony in summer, but all morning long in the winter. Will certainly stay there again

Great as usual
The apartment is lovely. We have stayed here a few times. It is very well equipped there is everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and guaranteed good nights sleep. Very quiet but just a few minutes drive to the port with its numerous restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend it.

Ideal apartment
First rate apartment in quiet location with open aspect to rear. Surprisingly spacious with large outdoor terrace, the only downside being sun only shone onto limited area of terrace in the morning - this might be a plus in high season when hotter!
Equipped to high standard and swimming pool nearby clean and quiet,only downside for us was uncomfortable pillows
Would certainly consider booking again although Home & Away ownership of Owners Direct has really compromised ease of booking/payment and made it more expensive as they add their own commission.

We appreciate the shaded terraces as they enable us to enjoy some respite from the summer sun after 12:00 noon when it is at its hottest. The gardens, poolsides and beaches are available for those that enjoy the summer sun to support a natural tan.
As regards the pillows we provide a range that gives a variable amount of support to suit everyone's needs but following your comments will look to provide additional pillows to further enhance the choice available.
Should you consider returning in the future you will be eligible for a returning guest discount of 10% off the advertised cost for the period you require.
We have now added a gas bar-b-que to enhance the alfresco experience.

The place and apartment was fabulous
What can I say but it was like stoping in a hotel but a100% better and so peace full and the harbour restaurants cafes and bars very very picturesque .

Wilty stay again ... and again .... and again !!
Vers well kept and maintained to a high standard. Has everything you need. Several excellent pools, greatest terrasse with seating for 8 and well stocked kitchen. Have staude before and will definitely stay again.

I was originally a Maintenance Manager, Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Coordinator, my wife, Glenys, was PA to the Head of a large Secondary School where I was the Chair of Governors for about 12 yrs. we are now retired and our three grown up kids are now doing their own thing which leaves us time to do what we want to do although Two young Grandchildren now occupy some of our spare time. We manage to get to Spain Four or Five times a year. Bought the apartment in 2008, my dream come true. Each year we invest in improving facilities as trends change and new ideas become fashionable, but we are still traditional in our approach.
Why they chose this property
Bought a property in this area as it is not overcrowded, some nice scenery and long drives, fantastic scenery in the large National Parks inland from Duquesa and Estapona, Ronda is a must. Gibraltar is close and Africa is not far off for an adventure. I love the Marina, wish I could afford a boat there, the Marina is full of bars and restaurants but safe, and Sabinillas has a great holiday atmosphere. Kids will love to see the large fish that congregate in the Marina and the boats are great. It is pitch black at the rear of the apartment on a night, something we do not get back in the UK, although recently installed low level lighting adds to the security of the Village. The bottom pool is great, a shallow one for the kids and a larger one for the better swimmers. There are another 4 pools in the Village that you can use, all of a high standard. Of course there is the golf.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is comfortable safe and secure, well fitted out making life easy. Equipment wise it is home from home, comfort wise the same, high standards of furniture, eat inside or out the choice is yours. Two patio's for you to enjoy and relax as you may wish. It is quiet, great pools, golf at hand, a great choice of Golf courses a short drive away. Great Restaurants and bars close at hand giving a wide choice of food styles. The beaches, the sea and many miles of sand, good beech bars and restaurants. We love touring around and exploring the landscape and many villages along the coast and inland. The local standards are high, never any trouble and a fantastic atmosphere wherever we go. The Village is clean and well maintained with all the street lights working, something lacking in other places.
