There is a large swimming pool for those hot days, a table tennis table, boules and 12 acres of stunning hillside grounds to meander through if you feel like a walk. The tranquil setting makes an ideal destination for family holidays, trecking and exploring. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, together with a further restaurant (which also serves pizza and a bar/shop (open 7 days a week) just 5 minutes drive from the house. San Ansovino lies about 4KM East of the beautiful medieval village of Apecchio which offers a wide range of services including a bank (with ATM), several supermarkets, bars, numerous excellent restaurants, a post office, chemist and a host of festivals in the Summer months. The UNESCO City of Urbino is just 40 minutes away, as is Gubbio, whilst Assisi, San Marino and the coast are within easy reach for a day trip.
