Home from Home Luxury Villa with Private Pool and Fantastic Sea Views.

Situated only 20 minutes drive from Paphos airport, a fully air-conditioned, superb luxury villa. This fabulous villa offers a great home from home holiday with everything you need from our on arrival welcome pack to everything from a tea pot to a Nespresso machine. Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), large open plan lounge/dining area and a fully equipped separate kitchen area. This superb villa has its own private pool, generous garden/seating areas with luxury sun loungers/parasols, a spacious separate BBQ entertaining area, all with breath-taking views over the Mediterranean sea. We also offer FREE Wi-Fi (this was 10mb, but is now boosted to 50mb) as well as a Mag TV box with access to UK TV channels and movies. From the LG Smart TV you can also access our own PLEX movie collection with thousands of movies to choose from, we also have a PS3 for the kids with a selection of games. Please Note, android TV boxes are often updated and service may occasionally be unavailable during this short period.

June 2023 - All air conditioning units have been replaced with new Bosch units. All bedroom fans have been replaced with new stainless steel contemporary fans.

May 2024 - Great sounding outdoor Sonos speakers added by the pool and to the side of the villa with full zone control.

The villa is just a short stroll to the main village centre with its many bars and restaurants and only a short drive will take you to the beach or the world famous Aphrodite Hills golf course.

Lovely villa in a quiet area with spectacular views. Excellent communication with Iann who quickly answered a couple of queries we had. Particularly impressed with the amount of gadgets in the kitchen ! The outside area was spacious and probably one of the best we have experienced. You definitely need a car to appreciate the surrounding area.

Very nice villa in a wonderfully peaceful location with lovely views. Great facilities in the villa right down to frosted beer mugs in the freezer. I’d say having a car is essential given the edge of villa location and that gives great flexibility for visiting the local area and some wonderful restaurants

Lovely villa with wonderful view looking towards Akrotiri in the distance. Very quiet and peaceful location and not overlooked by neighbouring properties. Very clean and tidy and well maintained. Welcome pack much appreciated. Easy walk to village square taking 20 minutes. Well stocked amenities including games & toys for children. Will definitely return to Villa Iremia.

Our family of five spent a very relaxing two weeks in Villa Iremia but would quite happily have stayed for much longer. The villa's location meant it was easy enough to visit the village or beach, although we loved spending days just relaxing by the pool, with the wonderful sea views. The villa itself was immaculate and fully equipped with everything we needed (including a plentiful supply of towels). The pool and outdoor areas were maintained to a very high standard, with the barbecue area coming in very handy. Any queries we had during our stay were dealt with immediately and efficiently and the welcome pack was much appreciated after arriving late at night. Villa Iremia was a big hit with all the family and we are already looking forward to revisiting next year.

Pissouri Revisited

First trip back for a number of years -could not have found a better spot. Great, well equipped villa with a pool overlooking the sea in a tranquil but accessible spot. Nothing in the way of facilities that we would want had been overlooked. We would recommend a car though, unless you are a hiking enthusiast -we tried on the first night and found the walk back too daunting after a full Cypriot repast! Pissouri has a number of excellent bars, taverns and restaurants, both in the higher village and at the beach -as well as a friendly community who are only too pleased to see you there and have a chat. Lots of historical and picturesque sites all around for excursions, and half-way between and easily accessible for Paphos and Limassol for a more urban experience.... Iann could not have been more helpful throughout and that helped make it a great trip.

Superb Holiday

We booked the accommodation for my partner and i and our 5 year old daughter and my in-laws. Pissouri is a great location and we visited Pissouri Beach and the town itself and enjoyed at least 4 different restaurants. We had a car which we used to make visits further afield but we also walked to the local shops and restaurants, which took about half an hour. We used the pool every day and my daughter loved the large pink inflatable flamingo that added to her fun. The outdoor space was excellent and great views with friendly neighbours. The Villa itself was great, we had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Well equipped kitchen and easy to use appliances. Comfortable beds and air conditioning and ceiling fans and insect screens throughout. Would definately recommend.

Great Villa

Had a great holiday in Cyprus in early April, staying at Villa Iremia. It's located in a nice, quiet location on the outskirts of Pissouri looking out over countryside towards Pissouri Bay. There's a good walk directly from the villa all the way down to the bay with some superb views (though be prepared for a steep return hike)! We had a rental car to get around as the village restaurants and supermarket are a bit of trek. Would recommend Vrakas Taverna in the village for good food and Yialos Tavern in the Bay for its fantastic terrace overlooking the Med. Pissouri is also quite well located to visit some of the surrounding areas. Would recommend Pathos Headland, Troodos Mountains (good for hiking) and Akrotiri Peninsula (good for bird-watching - we visited during the the spring migration). The villa itself has a clean, neutral decor. It is well equipped just as per the listing and everything worked. There was a minor issue with the WiFi when we turned up, but texted the host and he had it sorted very quickly. There is a great swimming pool on the South facing patio looking out over the bay. It is really well kept (cleaners visited every couple of days). We used the pool a few times, but I have to say, April is a little cold for swimming (but great for walking)!

We had a great holiday, the villa was of a high standard and had everything you needed. It was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully . Our fault but we didn't get the ceiling fans working until our last night which was annoying but the ac worked well. We especially liked that we had an outside fridge with frosty mugs in the freezer ready for us. So we always had Cold drinks..Plenty of outdoor space and seating , as it was in the forties we were glad of some shade . Amazing views across the bay . The pool was slightly colder than we expected but it didn't stop us enjoying the lovely clean big pooll. The village was about a 25 min walk where there was plenty of lovely bars and restaurants . Leo and his wife from the big house and the sparti bar were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay . Leo provided us with super fresh fruit and was so kind . In hindsight we should of hired a car as the beach was too far to walk as well as the big supermarket . Plenty of water sports at the beach and again very friendly people . The big supermarket had everything you needed so it's worth a visit as the ones in the village were not open regularly . In the first small shop we hired a taxi from Pani who would come out and pick us up within 5 minutes . No shoppjng in the village and if you like a livelier time the village probably won't be for you . I didn't want to leave as I will miss my early morning swim then sit watching the sun come up over the sea. Thanks Iann for a smooth booking and sharing your lovely home with us .

Höhen und Tiefen

Vorweg: Die positiven Eindrücke überwiegen die weniger positiven Aspekte...Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und in angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Ausblicke aufs Meer und die wunderbare Landschaft habe ich jeden Tag sehr genossen. Das Haus an sich ist gut aufgeteilt und mit allen aktuellen technischen Details ausgestattet. Und da kommen wir zu den weniger schönen Aspekten: Die Technik funktionierte leider nicht immer so, wie sie sollte. Die Klimageräte in den Schlafräumen liefen nicht (und die Nächte waren schon sehr frisch), aber dann nimmt man eben eine Decke mehr. Die Solaranlage sorgt natürlich nur dann für warmes Wasser wenn die Sonne scheint. Dass es einen Notschalter für eine elektrische Aufheizung gibt, habe ich erst nach 3 Tagen bemerkt. Das zusätzlich gebuchte "schnelle Internet" ist für unsere Verhältnisse zu langsam, das Internetfernsehen und die gestreamte Musik ruckelten ständig (aber man kann ja auch einfach ein Buch lesen). Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung gut aber wirkt etwas abgenutzt und weniger gepflegt. Bei Benutzung der Duschen machen die Wasserrohre der Spüle und die Waschmaschine mit lustigen Geräuschen auf sich aufmerksam. Insgesamt alles nicht schlimm und die schnell hinzueilende Hilfe (Danke an John+Linda) hat zumindest einen Teil sehr schnell beheben können. Auch Pauline hat bzgl. der Reinigung schnell reagiert. Der Pool ist (da unbeheizt) in den Wintermonaten nur für hartgesottene nutzbar, darauf wurde ich aber schon im Vorfeld hingewiesen. Komme gerne wieder!

Why they chose this property

We already have friends in Pissouri, but fell in love with village and the friendly Cypriot people many years ago.
The village is situated only twenty minutes from Paphos airport, and is only thirty minutes from the centre of Paphos or Limassol.

What makes this property unique

We searched high and low for a property that had the peace and quiet along with the stunning sea views we were looking for, but only a short walk to the village centre. We believe we have found one of the best locations in Cyprus. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of the nearby Aphrodite Hills golf course, or the many walking and cycling routes around the area.
