Fireplace and big screen TV with cable in the living room; fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave; dining room; laundry room, with washer and dryer. Driveway (2), off street parking (2) and use of garage (1) if needed. Current City of Bozeman Business License, and approved Fire Dept & Health Dept inspections.
