About the host
Hosted by Jared Shepperd

My daughter, son-in-law and I enjoy downtown living very much. We just purchased a new home on Sourdough Road (basically the same road as Church Ave just a few miles south) and we did not want to let go of this property. We always love to stay at vacation rentals when we travel and hope you do as well.
Why they chose this property
As I have said the location of this property is great for downtown, the farmer's market, very close for Sweet Pea Festival, as well as SLAM. Music on Main is a must on Thursday in the summer, and a late night stop at the Pita Pit can always satisfy your hunger pains. Close to Bridger Bowl for skiing, the M for hiking, hylite peak, all the things people love to come to Bozeman for.
What makes this property unique
The exterior of the home is done in Key West pastels that invite you inside, a new central air furnace will warm you up after a day of winter activities and everyone will gather in the modern kitchen for storytelling and a refreshing drink. You can either walk to Montana Ale Works or Open Range (2 blocks) or stay in and prepare your food in our completely stocked kitchen.
