About this property

Sunshiner is a beautiful 5 bedroom/4 bathroom house located in the beachfront subdivision "Royal Sands." It has a private walkway to one of the two community swimming pools. Take a short walk to the community boardwalk to the beach, then come back and rinse off in the hot/cold outdoor shower in the back of the house. The driveway provides plenty of parking for 4-5 vehicles. (garage permanently locked) The first floor has a bunk room that sleeps 4 with a bathroom and a door leading out to back yard patio. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including the Master bedroom with a king size bed. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the beautiful community swimming pool. Also on this floor are two other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with a full size bed with a private balcony. The third floor contains a bedroom with a queen size bed overlooking the bay. Each bedroom contains a flat screen TV and internet access. The third floor also contains a full bathroom, living room (complete with a 52" TV), dining room that seats eight and a spacious kitchen with an island bar that seats four. Leading off the dining room is a large covered deck with more seating, overlooking the community pool. The outdoor area in the backyard provides plenty of seating and a large table for outdoor dining. This house was built in 2013 and designed for the perfect Port A vacation! Three night minimum for all reservations, Four night minimum for major holidays.

Nice House

The house was very nice and very clean. You will need to bring extra basic item’s because this owner doesn’t provide much as far as trash bags, toilet paper, towels, etc. Also no games or water toys like previous properties I have stayed. That being said , the house itself was great! Nice beds and linens. Great decor. Would have been nice to have a toaster but lots of pots and pans. Pool is basically in the backyard and beach was a short walk. Would definitely recommend for large families.

Sunshiner--Let the Sun Shine in

We really enjoyed our stay there. The two pools and hot tub were right out our back yard which the kids loved. The beach was a short walk--about .4 mile. It was big enough for everybody to have a bed and the kitchen/living room was wonderful. My only complaint was the stairs. A 74-year-old woman like me should be on one level. My legs are still killing me. Just kidding. I have stairs at home, just half as many.

Fun in Port Aransas

Enjoyed staying at the beach house. Lots of room for our large extended family. Swimming pool near by and the beach was also close.

Family Beach Trip

Our family traveled to Port Aransas for a 4 day/3 night stay. The house was in great condition, very clean and neat. It has everything you could possibly need on your vacay! The neighborhood is very cute. We ended up renting a golf cart to transport our stuff to and from the beach. The owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.
