Accommodation With Two Shared Pool

This is the only Ground Floor apartment available for rent on this complex that has direct access to the pool. There are 8 steps up to the front door and therefor has no disability access. Others are on the first floor facing busy roads. Luxury end of terrace 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment (with only one other apartment above), and large south facing raised terrace area for breakfast/lunch/relaxing in the sun during the day and drinks in the evening. There is an awning if extra shade is required! Six steps lead down to own gated and balustrade patio garden which leads out to the grassed swimming pool area. In one of the best positions within the small gated and secure development being only a few minutes walk to local commercial centre with its shops, bars and restaurants but far enough away from it to be unaffected by any noise. Only 10 minutes walk to the lovely local beach so so renting a car is not a necessity here. There are four supermarkets offering a vast range of produce within walking distance. Although we aim to be as flexible as possible the official time for arrival at the apartment is 4pm and for vacating at 11am. Air Conditioning is NOT included in the rental charge. The purchase of a 30 euro card from our agent at 419 and inserted into the meter will start the system.
We have a local "taxi" driver who knows exactly the location of the apartment and who can transfer your from the airport.

Perfect location and lovely pool areas.
Paul was easy to deal with, as was Rita who looks after the house. setting is beautiful, pool area is lovely and you have a terrace overlooking it, perfect for watching children play whilst you sit with a drink. it has tv with English channels and wifi that works well. It’s extra for the aircon. We paid €15 for two weeks we thought we would need double that as were told that by Paul and Rita, but as we were hardly in and mainly used it only when getting ready in an evening and when cooling bedrooms down before bed we managed in the €15. The twin has the best aircon, it’s newer and works better but the others do their job. The house has everything you need, I couldn’t think of anything that was missing. It was cleaned before our stay, but things like the cutlery draw and cups etc needed cleaning before our use. The downsides for me were minor things and I mention them as feedback rather than criticism, but the furniture is a old and dated, cabinets broken and in need of renewing etc. main bathroom needs updating, we found a couple of cockroaches. They we clearly sneaking in via the bathroom light which they disappeared behind when we tried to spray. All in all a nice stay and if the furniture was updated and a good spring clean, absolutely perfect place to stay and I would stay again. As I said everything is just a little tired. Perfect location for not needing a car.

It was a real home from home and clearly loved property. Excellent for our needs and lovely neighborhood. Everything we needed. Would definitely come again, even consider buying something this, and would recommend. Took us a while to fine walks to placed.

Had a great time, property has good location, is well equipped and ideal for our stay. Could probably do with a little modernisation in some areas however very clean and the lady who looks after it was so lovely and helpful.

Es cierto que la playa está un pelín lejos...como unos 20mim andando.... Pero en coche tardas 5 y puedes ir a varias playas cercanas La urbanización espectacular!!!! Las piscinas geniales y calentitas!!! Sin peligro para bebés y al lado de la zona de ocio y muy limpio

Paul and Susie are retired and live in the East Midlands now. They moved from London to be nearer the 7 grandchildren and also the E. Midlands airport making it easy to fly to Spain. Although both are retired, they are very active. Paul plays golf, badminton and enjoys sailing when he can. They both play petanca whenever possible too in Spain and have just joined a walking group. Alternatively we would have to pay them an additional levy for them to hold our money! We prefer to offer a personal service by using Skype, email and phone calls.

Why they chose this property

We purchased the property from new and have spent many wonderful weeks here. The beach is only a short walk and all amenities such as restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets are even closer. When looking for a property, we particularly wanted an apartment in a quiet location but overlooking the pool. Please note that the apartment has to be vacated by 11am and arrivals not before 4pm. However, for those on early or late flights luggage can be left on the upper terrace.
