VILLA SUNRISE Detached Villa with Private Pool and Wi-Fi


Our Villa is in an ideal location for any sort of holiday you want. , On average 320 days of sunshine a year to spend on the nearby, beach or having fun, dining out, relaxing or golf. For a beach holiday you need go no further than Guardamar about 10 minutes drive from our villa, the stunning beach shelves gently into the sea and there are plenty of seaside bars and restaurants for refreshments. Have fun in Quesada, there is an aqua park (open June to September) with slides for all ages and a pool and there is a go-cart track with a training track for young children to try and also bouncy castles. if you just want to chill out. In Quesada town you have a choice of almost every type of cuisine including Asian, Japanese and a new KFC, there is a choice of many bars. About 20 minutes away is lively Torreveieja, with its own harbour, and famous healing salt lakes. If relaxation is what you want we have 10 sun loungers, 6 round our 10 x 5m pool and 4 on the 64 sq m roof solarium. If you want a night in we have UK channels and sky movies as well as the normal English TV. We also have a DVD/CD player with many DVD's and CD's and Wi-Fi. If golf is your sport, less than 2km away is La Marquesa, an 18 hole, par 72 course, set in a valley between the Quesada hills and there are up to 4 more courses within 20 minutes drive.

Great Villa in a pleasant area. Only concern, although not an issue for us, was the flight of steps down to the lovely pool - anyone with mobility issues needs to be aware of this before booking.

Had a great holiday at pat and brians villa. Everything we needed was there,very clean accommodation with plenty of air conditioning units. As for the pool, new it was big ,but in reality it was really big! spent most of our time inthe pool especially as the temperature reached 40c on a couple of occasions.Would recommended this villa for somewhere to stay in this area

Lovely villa with a great pool. Everything was clean and tidy. Owner was really helpful as was the key holder. We didn't have a car which we found to be a bit of a mistake on our part because it's quite a walk back from the supermarket and the taxis aren't the most reliable

Lovely Villa

Lovely clean villa in a quiet and safe area. Fantastic pool. Shops and restaurants about 20 mins walk good selection. We hired a car and lots to do in surrounding area. We would come back again .

Spent 10 days at villa's Sunrise

The villa was very clean. Dave and Sue are always alvalaible and reliable. The large- swimming pool is cleaned 2 day/week. You can find plenty of activities there .Not far from Alicante,Murcia ,nice cities to visit.

Villa was lovely very clean pool was amazing cleaned 4 times in the 2 weeks we were there villa had everything you would need only down sides were beds uncomfortable (personnel view) villa could do with a bit of maintaince ie pool clock not working tiles missing on pool pool light not working nothing to worry about and didn’t have an impact on holiday also villa very overlooked but again personal preference would go for villa with bit more privacy pictures didn’t show how overlooked it was and no mention of it in description

Well catered for villa

Great size and quality pool. Lovely that there is a general larder and welcome pack. Some noise from neighbours one side with dogs and shouting but everyone else was very welcoming. Car required even though we happily walked into the centre which took about 30 minutes. Suited our type of holiday which is all about pool and sunshine

Lovely Quesada

Lovely property, fabulous pool, just a shame there is an outside flight of stairs to get to it, unfortunately if we had known this we wouldnt have booked as mobility issues and to make it worse the fridge by pool didn't work. Lighting around pool area would've been nice to sit outside privately in the evenings. However these are personal preferences, as long as you are able bodied its a fantastic villa, you'd be hard pushed to find a better pool in the area close to everything. Judith was amazing too.

A well laid out, spacious property with fantastic pool and lovely views

A lovely property which was clean and spacious, well equipped and a great welcome pack was left on our request. The pool was fantastic, it was very clean with various inflatables and comfy sunbeds, we spent a lot of our time around or in the pool during the day, and playing cards on the roof terrace at night. Beautiful views from the roof terrace. The area was peaceful and quiet and we felt safe at all times. I would recommend a car as it’s a decent walk into town or to the nearest supermarket, there is a good selection of supermarkets close by (10/15 Min drive). Lovely beaches close by (10 mins drive) and nice restaurants in Quesada (5 mins drive). We spent quite a lot of money on air conditioning as it is a pre paid card after the first €20. The pictures do not do the villa justice at all, it is much more spacious and well laid out than they portray. We stayed here with teenagers and a two year old and it catered for everyone’s needs. We were also well looked after during our stay, with prompt and helpful responses when we needed something. Highly recommended.

Hello Sally, Thank you for your lovely review, I am sorry for the expense of the air conditioning, but it was exceptionally hot the last couple of weeks, we had to start charging for the air conditioning when guests were leaving it on 24 / 7 or leaving the doors open when the air conditioning was on and we were getting sky high electricity bills, but if used wisely in normal conditions the cards given are sufficient. A lovely villa with a fantastic pool

The villa was spacious and well equipped with a beautiful pool. We had a great relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay again. There were some negatives but these did not stop us enjoying ourselves. The overall impression is of a villa that needs some care and attention. It needs some maintenance eg door handles loose, wardrobe doors stiff, broken sunbeds left on roof terrace. The property is advertised with WiFi and catchup TV. This very rarely worked. The fridge/freezer down by the pool was broken. We were advised of these things by the key holder when we arrived. I think they should take these details off their site and should.pay for an upgrade on the tv/Internet. As stated before a great villa, just in need of some.care. Make sure advertised facilities are up to date.

Hello Catherine, Thank you for your review, I was in the villa in April before the first of our guests arrived, everything was newly painted and I had purchased two new sunbeds. As we are not there we can not control how people treat the villa, that is why you needed to tell Dave about the problems, as we pay Dave to look after the villa in our absence. The fridge was purchased not even 6 month ago, and when i went in April i was mortified to see the breakages of the door and shelves. We are now considering taking security deposits to cover such breakages which we have never done before but feel we now have to. As far as we were aware, our facilities were up to date, until half way through the season when we started to have problems with WiFi and had to call them out. We will be over in September and will be making any necessary changes. Best regards Brian and Pat

Gorgeous villa very very well equipped

From arrival we loved this Villa. The lady who let us in was very welcoming and informative . The Villa was spotless and very very well equipped, i've stayed in a number and never had so much equipment you want for nothing. The pool is spotlessly clean even the grout was sparkling & the roof top solarium - wow! Very quiet area too with bars about a 20 minute walk, approx 30-35 mins walk into Quesada. It does seem quite a walk in the heat and we hit on a heatwave. It did take a good few days to get used to the air-con, i think a few brief instructions on how to use it would help but its hard a complaint. We didn't even use the full 10 euros on the prepay meter for the week and there was 6 of us the majority of the week. I would highly recommend this villa with ample sunbeds around the pool which look new, more on the roof terrace with seating for 6 and a bbq. Its a great base for getting around but i'd say a car is needed for the supermarkets etc, we visited Guardamar using Taxi's which were a bit of a challenge to get hold of, seems there aren't many around but we wanted a drink. Luckily the lady in the local tapas bar (which is a must) got hold of one for us. We're checking out the area with a view to buying and so far we love it but its a big area to discover so we'll be back soon. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Tracy & Graham

Todo muy bien, en general todo genial tal y como se indica en la descripción. El único pero es la limpieza de la casa, muy muy justita,. Los utensilios y cubiertos de la casa no estaban muy limpios y el suelo tampoco estaba lo suficiente limpio para nosotros. La piscina y barbacoa de 10 la cama de matrimonio un poco incomoda

Herbstferien in der Villa Sunrise, Spanien, gerne wieder!

Ich fahre schon viele Jahre nach, Spanien. . Zur Villa Sunrise fahren wir jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal. Das Appartement gefällt meiner Familie sehr gut. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum schönen Strand in Guardamar. Das Appartement hat auch einen eigenen Pool, was wir sehr schätzen, da wir keine Gemeinschaftspools mögen. Wir fahren zur Erholung dort hin und freuen uns auf ruhige Tage dort. Man kann aber dort auch sehr gut ausgehen. . Das Ehebett ist sehr bequem und man kann sehr gut dort schlafen. Die zwei Kinderbetten sind nicht ganz so bequem, sie quitschen bei jeder Bewegung. Man kann die Matratze aber auch auf den Boden legen, dann ist es besser. Was dieses Jahr nicht so gut geklappt hat, ist dass bei unserer Ankunft keiner gekommen ist. Wir fahren von Deutschland fast 2000 km mit dem Auto, dann sind wir froh, wenn wir das Appartement gleich beziehen können. Diesmal sagte man uns, dass wir leider noch warten müssten, da noch andere Gäste am Flughafen abgeholt werden müssten. Da wir aber die Viller schon kannten, bekamen wir den Schlüssel im Garten hinterlegt. Es kam die ganzen zwei Wochen keiner vorbei, auch nicht an unserem letzten Tag. Die Reinigungskosten überweise ich jetzt nachträglich. Die sehr ! hohen Reinigungskosten von 80,- € sind sehr hoch. Leider war die Villa nicht so sauber und es roch `muffelig',auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Für 80,-€ wünschte ich es mir dann bei Ankunft sauberer und frischer. Am liebsten mache ich alles selber sauber und spare 80,-€.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir werden dieses Objekt gerne für die nächsten Ferien wieder buchen. Das einzige , was etwas schwierig ist, dass pro Person nur ein Duschtuch plus kl. Handtuch vorgesehen ist. Wenn man die Handtücher wäscht, werden sie aber nicht bis zur nächsten Nutzung trocken. Das ist nicht so angenehm. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sofort weiter zu empfehlen.

Perfect villa in Quesada.

This is the second time we have rented this villa and it is perfect. The property is very well equipped with everything you will need and is very clean. The pool is fantastic, as is the solarium.

Hemos estado estupendamente, la villa es espectacular y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas estupendas vacaciones. My name is Brian and my wife is Patricia, we live in England and both work full time on nights in a refrigerated warehouse .
We love to thaw out when we go on holiday to Spain and we can really do that at our villa on the roof solarium or round the pool.
We have two grown up daughters and 3 Grandchildren.
We have had excellent reports from people who have stayed at our villa with many re-booking.
Quesada is an great place to stay, nearly everyone speaks English here and you are close to the beach at Guardamar and the old town of Rojales.

Why they chose this property

This property is in an Ideal location, it is a residential area, so you can get a good nights sleep.
We are only 10 minutes drive from the beach at Guardamar and the lively town of Torreveieja is only about 20 minuets drive.
If you like golf the La Marquesa golf course is a 5 minute drive with many restaurants and bars, the town of Quesada is only a 5 minutes drive from our villa.
If you want a drink and don't want to drive, there are bars and restaurants only 10 minutes walk away.
