Also only 50 mins away from nearest ski resort. Owners also own 1 bedroom panoramic sea view apartment 15 minutes drive away from this property in Marina Baie des Anges should you wish to be on the coast.(Reference FR4901 on this site).

A beautiful place

This is a fantastic place to stay. The house and garden, the informative and welcoming hosts, the inquisitive and playful Superdog. It has everything to recommend it. We would love to return.

Wonderfull calm place with very nice house

We really enjoyed our time in the house. Everything was very well organized, the hosts very friendly and discreet. Everything was very well maintained. We had all we needed. The house is situated on an dead end. Therefore it is very calm. Restaurants and shops are not far away. The property with the flowers and olive trees is very beautifull. The pool is great and very well maintained. The dog of the owner is a good guard and very friendly. We really recommend that house.

Perfect!

We have just spent two wonderfully relaxing weeks at this delightful property. The cottage is charming - well-maintained, clean, fully equipped and extremely comfortable - and we felt very much at home there! We were warmly welcomed by the owners, Suzanne and Donald - a lovely couple, very friendly but also discreet and respectful of their guests' privacy. The cottage is set well apart from the main house in extensive grounds. We felt spoilt, being able to enjoy such lovely surroundings - the terraced olive grove, the beautiful gardens (lovingly tended by Suzanne) and, of course, the large swimming pool. The general location is good - the property is within walking distance of the village of Le Rouret (albeit up a steep hill!), there is a large supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away, and there are several good restaurants in the area. We hope to return!

Das Häuschen haben wir genau wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wie auch das gesamte Grundstück. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit - es war rundherum ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir können es wirklich empfehlen.

Lovely house and garden

Truly a paradise,. Stunning gardens, large swimming pool, and cozy house. The owners live in another house in the grounds, always friendly but not intrusive. Ideal for small families or couples who want a comfortable holiday house. Near enough to beaches, you do need a car to stay here as it's half an hour to the sea, and a few Km to the nearest shops/restaurants.

A little piece of paradise

Absolutely fantastic ! The cottage had everything you need, tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy. The garden was stunning . Enormous with olive trees and lots of beautiful flowers. There was a nice pool which we had total access to. Our hosts were so nice and social and their hospitality had no limits. We had our dog with us and he was living his dream together with the resident dog - running freely and playing in this fantastic garden . We can strongly recommend this place and we will certainly be back Cecilia, Lennart and Samson

the paradise really exist

we spent nearly 3 weeks on this super lovely ground with our 2 kids (4 and 7) and our dog. we all had one of the best times so far in france. the house, the pool, the hosts, the beaches, the mountains, the whole location - its like a dream! chris, su & don are so open minded, lovely and friendly and helpflull (if you need something) - so you will miss nothing here! everything is just perfect. we took some daytrips to the mountains, to grasse, valbonne etc and to the beaches in and around antibes! too good! now we are back home with a dog who miss their dog so badly and their garden :-)....and 4 humans who are missing quite everything! if you want high quality holidays far away from mass tourism - book this! nothing more to say! one love, tassilo, nicole, linda, klara & lilly

Le séjour de 3 nuits dans cette propriété fut un vrai plaisir . Tout c'est magnifiquement passé . L'appartement est très fonctionnel , très propre et le domaine plein de verdure, Les propriétaires sont très aimables et le petit chien Dart vit un spectacle, mes filles ont adoré jouer avec lui, la piscine bien entretenue, Je recommande à 100% ce lieu et j'espère avoir l'occasion de revenir à cette même adresse plus tard. Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques dans la propriété. Les propriétaires sont super, discret, disponible, soucieux que nos vacances se passent bien et de bon conseils sur les lieux à visiter. La piscine et le jardin sont au top, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wonderful guest house in big garden

House was in excellent condition, gardens were large & provided nice separation from owner's house. Location was residential, but the neighboring properties did not infringe on our enjoyment of the outdoors. Owners were terrific - made sure we got situated upon arrival, then let us enjoy ourselves. Very gracious hosts who were willing to share local knowledge and tips. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would return without hesitation.

Abbiamo appena passato una bellissima vacanza in questo delizioso cottage e siamo molto soddisfatti! La casa è deliziosa,pulita,arredata con gusto e piena di charme,spaziosa e confortevole,con tutto quello che serve sia come stoviglie che come prodotti per le pulizie e necessario per cucinare (sale,olio,aceto,pepe,zucchero..al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato biscotti,snack,acqua fresca e una bottiglia di vino..). Il cottage si trova in uno splendido e vasto giardino pieno di piante e fiori e con due tavoli per mangiare e fare colazione all'aperto,inoltre la bellissima piscina è davvero grande e ben tenuta e vi abbiamo passato ore e ore di relax e divertimento. La zona è un quartiere residenziale di sole ville,molto tranquillo e silenzioso ma al contempo vicino a negozi,ristoranti ed ogni tipo di attività;le rouret è una zona ottima perché in pochissimo tempo si raggiungono sia le spiagge che numerosi splendidi villaggi provenzali nonché varie attrazioni per adulti e bambini.Infine un grande grazie alla proprietaria,Madame Suzanne,una persona di squisita gentilezza,simpatia e dolcezza che ci ha accolti con calore ed era sempre disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. Tutto questo ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile,speriamo di ritornare presto! Super consigliato!!

Eine erholsame Woche in einem wunderschönen Objekt!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit Liebe eingerichtet und vermittelt ein Gefühl zum Wohlfühlen! Es fehlt an nichts, es ist alles da, perfekt für den Urlaub! Das Grundstück ist herrlich ruhig und großzügig, es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten für die Gäste im Garten draußen zu sitzen und zu essen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und tief, so dass die Kinder springen und tauchen können- sie haben es sehr genossen! Auch wenn es beim Spiel der Kinder mal etwas lauter zu ging , ist das kein Problem. Man kann sich ungestört bewegen und entspannen. Suzanne ist eine herzliche und sehr nette Gastgeberin, steht mit guten Tips und Informationen zur Seite und ist sonst dezent im Hintergrund. Es ist alles sehr sauber! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen lieben Dank

A Little bit of heaven on earth.

FABULOUS, FABULOUS, FABULOUS describes everything about this property. The location is perfect for visiting many beautiful hill top villages yet near to the coast and Nice airport The house is set in a lovely garden of olive trees and pretty flowers with numerous places to sit outside in the sun or shade. The pool is magnificent with lovely views and shady parasols. The house itself is very spacious and comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need during your stay. But best of all is the welcome from the charming owners Suzanne and Don and their son Christopher. We felt like family rather than guests and loved our chats with them all. You cannot fail to have a wonderful time at this ‘Little bit of heaven on earth’. We certainly did.
