Central villa with private pool, A/C, Wi-fi, perfect for families and golfers!
This villa has a private swimming pool and parking, air conditioning in every bedroom, wi-fi and cable-tv. There are 4 bedrooms with totally 10 beds, but two of them are extra beds and can only be used by children. Babybeds are available, but have to be ordered in advance. Villa has two bathrooms with shower and toilet and one of them have a bathtub. Kitchen are fully equiped with dishwasher, microwave, coffemaker, waterkettler and washingmachine. Outside we have 8 sunbeds, a new barbequearea and a nice porch where you can enjoy meals or relax. There is also two big balconies upstairs, so you will always have the opportunity to enjoy sun every time of the day.
You will find restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, etc in "The Strip", less than 100 meters away. About 40 meters above the villa you will find a great supermarket. There will be about 15 minutes walk to the local beach, and you will find familiyattractions like waterworld, Zoo Marine, fishing, diving, several golfcourses and shoppingcentres nearby. There is also a touristtrain that goes every 20 minute from "The Strip" to oldtown Albufeira.
Unfortunately we don't aloud youthgroups.

The Property is located in a quite place but only at 100m from the most popular street in Algarve - "The Strip". Supermarket is only 30 m away and restaurants, shops, Bars and chemist are less than 300m away.

Why they chose this property
The house was renewed in 2003, there was build a pool and started renting it.
I like the area because is very very central and still very quite and a very short distance from the beach.
