The Villa Punta Cana, located in the heart of Albufeira, offers a unique experience with supermarkets just steps away and golden sandy beaches at a short distance. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a Portuguese cobblestone ramp and parking for up to three vehicles, ensuring convenience and comfort.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with sofas and TV, connected to the dining area with a table and chairs for group meals. This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.



On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with 3 single beds and a private bathroom (one with a bathtub and shower, the other with a shower tray), and a third bedroom with a double bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub.



The exterior features a heatable pool (available as an extra), surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A table and chairs for outdoor dining complete the environment. Soon, straw umbrellas will provide shade, making the space even more pleasant.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests

From the 11th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
