Villa Thalia is a two-bedroom villa set in attractive established garden surroundings with fantastic mountain views and benefits from its' own private pool and parking. Just 50m from the beach and a short distance from Sami town center where all necessary amenities are situated. Villa Thalia offers peace and quiet for total relaxation. The villa is furnished to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned. Built over two floors and fully equipped with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a twin bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor and a double bedroom with an en-suite is located on the first floor.

A wonderful family holiday

The villa was very clean, homely and comfortable with everything you need, from tinfoil and tea bags to tea towels and tissues. The outside space was great, with the pool, loungers and seating area. Fantastic location, a couple of minutes from the beach and a stroll into Sami. Communication with Andreas our host was first class (out first villa holiday since 2018, so I had lots of questions) and the housekeeper Anna and maintenance man Jim were on site to help with any issues. We look forward to going back.

My parents returned from Australia some time ago and purchased 10,000 m² of land by the sea just outside of Sami, with the dream of building four luxurious villas totally independent of each other, with their own style and character each representing the owner's tastes this dream was completed in 2008. Both my parents enjoyed meeting new people and making friends, their warm welcome ensured that their guests would feel at home immediately. I'll try their way.

Villas Thalia is a beautiful villa which sleeps up to 4 people, a modern villa finished and furnished to a high standard with living accommodation over two floors with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area all fully equipped with the essentials. There are two bright airy bedrooms, a twin on the ground floor with its' own bathroom and a double with an en-suite on the first floor with its' own balcony. Outside there are sun loungers, a large parasol to offer shade, an outside dining area, a BBQ and a private pool.
