This spacious 2 storey villa has two separate living areas, and has full a/c. To the rear of the villa are the kitchen, dining area and family room which open out onto the screened pool with waterfall feature. Upstairs, double doors open onto the master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe. The second master bedroom also has its own bathroom. In addition to this there are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions. The front door opens onto a separate living area downstairs which has a sofa-bed, allowing the property to sleep up to 10 people. The games room in the garage houses a pool table, Fuzz-ball table, table tennis. There is a separate toilet for the pool area. It is located 2 mins away from Championsgate golfing area, supermarket, gas station and stores, 5 mins from Reunion golf, 15 mins from Disney World, 25 minutes from Universal and Sea World. 10 Mins from HWY 192 restaurants, shopping and attractions. Easy access to I4.

Brilliant

Just got back from a 2 week stay in the villa (April 2024), lovely friendly safe neighbourhood. Very close to the parks and places to eat. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Publix supermarket very close by so you can stock up. No problems at all, I would recommend this villa100%

Great Stay!

We had a great vacation, and the house was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for two families, and close to the Disney Parks as well as many local conveniences. The two master bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms were the icing on the cake, plus the pool washroom is genious! The beds were comfortable, the living spaces are large and comfortable, the kitchen/dining room are huge with space for 8 at the table. The pool and spa were fantastic! That is where we spent most of our time. We had the pool heated during our stay, and this was the best choice we could have made. The kids spent all day/evening in the pool, and later the adults enjoyed the spa. The property management company was easy to contact, and quick to respond. We definitely recommend this property.

Better Than I Expected

This house was just absolutely wonderful! When we walked in my first thought was that the pictures do not do it justice at all! It was so bright and spacious and well laid out. We stayed with our family of 5 and another family of 3 and there was more than enough space for all of us. The location was perfect being super close to Disney, but far enough away that it was still in a quiet neighborhood. Both the host and the property management company were incredibly attentive, responsive and easy to work with. My only “complaint” was that there wasn’t a lot of items in the home. We had to purchase garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc… which was a bit inconvenient as we obviously needed those things but couldn’t bring them with us when we left so it was just an additional expense( there was toilet paper and garbage bags when we arrived, but nothing additional once you used the garbage bag in the garbage and toilet paper on the roll) BUT that absolutely did not ruin the stay by any means. Just a heads up maybe pack some or pick some up on your way there if you’re staying more than a few days. Overall this was an incredible place to stay and would highly recommend for any family. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for a family holiday

My family and I came over to Florida for a theme park holiday, a place we have visited a number of times over the years. This property really did make the holiday, spacious and comfortable it was a real home from home. The property was really well looked after and in a nice quiet family neighbourhood, situated about 25 mins from DisneyWorld and maybe 40 mins from Universal. The property is about 5 mins from the highway and really well situated for local supermarkets and shops, the local restaurants were also close and a really nice quality, not mention half the price of eating near the parks. The owner was super helpful and responded back to all my enquiries really fast! I would happily book this property again and recommend it to any family wanting to go on holiday in the Orlando area.

Why they chose this property

We purchased our house in Florida in 2005 and very much have furnished and treat it as our second home. We try to get out to the house a least twice a year, but this very much depends on school holidays and exams! We love Florida as there is something for everyone. There are lots of amusement parks for the children (big and small), there are beautiful beaches which are very accessible, and a good golf course is never far away. Shopping is good for those golf widows too! We have tried to use the house as a base to see other parts of the USA., having visited Memphis, Washington, Boston and New York over the last few years. We hope you love our home as much as we do.
