Our privately-owned high-specification luxury villa is located on a premium corner plot and is furnished to a superior standard.

With 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, the spacious villa accommodates 8 guests with privacy and provides the ideal location and facilities for a fantastic family or group holiday.

Great house for family visiting the parks

House has everything you need for a successful stay. The layout and amenities make the stay easy. The pool is a great option for relaxing outdoor time with friends and family.

My kids had such an awesome time in this beautiful home. My husband and I loved it so much! It was our 15th year anniversary and our youngest son's 12th birthday. Plus our 1st ever family vacation and my very first time going to Florida needless to say it was an absolutely wonderful experience that we're hoping to do every year God willing of course. Communication with management when I had a question was easy and stress free. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!

Before Disney vacation stay.

Very nice home plenty of room for the 5 adults and baby. Close to shopping and dining. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, good communication, nice house - very spacious, pool and spa was excellent. Only complaint is there was only 4 wash cloths in the entire house. Luckily there was only 4 of us staying but we had to wash laundry much more often than desired on vacation but thats the only negative i have for our whole stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Villa for families

We had a wonderful stay over Spring break. The house had everything you could need and was really well presented. We enjoyed using the heated pool and the property manager was really responsive after bad weather damaged the screened area outside. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the house as a great place for Disney parks holidays.

Very nice home

Property was really nice and clean. Hot tub was nice - all the TVs were updated and smart TVs (big plus for the kids). Beds comfortable, no complaints here!

Excellent stay for a family vacation

We stayed here for our recent trip to the theme parks. It was a great location. The house was very clean and well stocked. We got exactly what we were expecting from the description online. The air went out on the second day of stay but the owner was quick to respond and it was back up and running within the day. We would definitely stay again. It helped make a great vacation.

Fabulous Villa for our Christmas Vacation!

Our family spent Christmas 2018 at this bright, clean and comfy villa! Everything we needed was at our fingertips along with being a quick car ride to all that Orlando has to offer. The only negative would be the inconsistency with the pool heat, but the property managers were very accommodating in this regard. Beautiful home in our favourite area! Can’t wait to return!

Lots of space

This is a lovely and comfortable home with a well-equipped kitchen and good amenities. Be aware that there are many rules at this property. I would recommend that anyone considering a stay here request a complete list of rules prior to booking.

Beautiful well maintained and clean house with modern tasteful furnishings.

90% loved it. 10% disappointed with the delay of regulating the heated pool and spa. Our request was attended to immediately, however heating a pool takes a couple of days. If i had realized that I needed to request pool temp/heat i would have done so. Probably simply my oversight. A partial refund for that service was offered without us having to ask. Situation was taken care of promptly and professionally. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Love this space

This house was absolutely excellent. Extremely clean and spacious. Close to a Walmart for food. Cookware worked great and was in good condition as well as the furniture. Beds were also very comfortable. Sharon was more than excellent in communicating as well. The pool was heated as we paid for and was a great temperature. Only downside to the property is that the hot tub was slightly disappointing. The pump only worked when it was above a certain temperature outside. So we went when it was slightly colder so we struggled to get it to warm or have the jets work. In the directions though that information was communicated so no fault on Sharon’s part but just keep in mind if you book, make sure it’s warm outside! Other than that, 5 out of 5. Will stay again!

Excellent holiday

We absolutely loved our stay here. Really great house and good location for parks/shops. We didn't encounter any problems and we will definitely come back. We had our last 2 nights in a Universal hotel and I was gutted to leave the house and pool. Great washing machine and dryer too, really helped doing our washing before we went home. Loads of towels, so no need to bring your own. Appliances and TV all good. The decor was really lovely and was in a really nice, gated estate. I read a lot about the pool temp before arriving. We didn't pay to heat as we were out most days but we didn't really need it. We stayed late April and although a bit cold when you get it in, you warmed up quick when the sun was out. And the sun was on the pool ALL day, it's a great spot. Just remember to put the cover on every day, we forgot one day and it made a big difference. Our fifth villa in Orlando and definitely our favourite.

The house is beautiful and perfectly sized for our family (of 5) stay. This was our third year renting a home outside of Orlando. The location was nice and quiet. We felt very safe within the gated community. Lots of restaurants and things to do very close. The reason I gave 4-stars was because the pool was full of algae upon arrival. It was green and dirty. We were disappointed, but things just happen sometimes. I reached out to Sharon and she and her husband responded immediately. Within 30 minutes he arrived and began treating the pool. He came again the next day and treated it again. We were in the pool the next day! They resolved the issue as quickly as possible and even comped us a little for the inconvenience. You can’t ask for more than that! We would definitely stay there again! Recs for the area: Osaka Bay Buffet restaurant and Studio Movie Grill. We had a wonderful stay!

The place wasn’t the cleanest . I contacted the host to ask about extra garbage bags and toilet paper. As we only had 1/4 roll in all bathrooms. 4 adults. Was told self catering was enough for a few days . Last night my friend found a very large cockroach in her bedroom. The host was notified but never heard back . My friends and I won’t be going back . Very disappointed.

Easter break in Florida.

We were a little anxious about our upcoming stay, as the price was very competitive and not as reassuringly expensive as our last accommodation in Florida! However, prompt and helpful replies from Sharon but our mind at ease and we were very pleased when we arrived. The property feels spacious and well looked after. House keeping had done a lovely job before our arrival. Our bed in the main room was very very comfortable and I’ve come home wanting to replicate it. The property is a very short drive to all of the parks and looking good/shopping areas. During our stay we needed help with a cloudy pool and the central heating went down- Sharon was quick to sort both out- though we did have to forego a day in the pool to allow the chemicals to do their job. We had requested the pool be heated- and this was a good choice. It made for a very pleasant time there. My only constructive feedback would be the current condition of the pool. It is not bright blue, as pictured. It looks like it needs cleaning, which I imagine is in fact the need for a new paint job. It’s browning and not as inviting as the pictures. Maybe this will be sorted in the quiet season- as well as a new pool cover which was disintegrating so we stopped using it. Would we return? Absolutely. Or any property managed by Sharon as it is the communication that makes a stay a long way from home key to happy time away.

We really enjoyed our five weeks here. The location is quiet yet still close enough to shopping and restaurants. We weren’t there to visit any of the parks. The house is well equipped and the outdoor space is lovely! We would stay again.

Quite condo with plenty of room

The location of the condo was conveniently close to Disney, as well as local grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. We found it very easy to check in and out. Upon our arrival, we had no trouble getting into the condo. It was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, the carpet was heavily stained, which led us to wear flip flops instead of walking barefoot or in socks. Despite this issue, we felt that the stay was worth the money overall, and the condo was a nice place to stay.

Comfortable stay in Davenport for family Disney trip

My family stayed at this comfortable Davenport home for 7 days, primarily used as our home base for several days at Disney World. The location was 20-25 mins to Disney and close to a Publix supermarket, Walmart and Aldi within less than 10 minutes drive.The home was large and comfortable with new appliances and kitchen gadgets (e.g. coffee maker, pots and pans). We enjoyed the very warm swimming pool and hot tub during our stay which operated well even when the temperature dipped into the 30s some evenings.The bathrooms are dated but clean. There is carpet throughout the house which is also a bit dated but as advertised.Note that you need to provide your own toilet paper, tissue boxes, dish washer detergent, and additional garbage bags. There were some partial toilet rolls left but it is expected that guests replenish as needed. There is also a lengthy rule book from the property manager that includes information that I was not aware of in advance of my stay (e.g. pool heating cost is paid at your own risk and if the external temp is too low and the pool isn't heated you will not be refunded). I suggest you ask the property manager for these rules in advance of booking so there are no surprises.

Florida Christmas Vacation

The location of the property was perfect for our family vacation. It is a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The heated pool was a hit with the entire family.
