Villa sea between Avola and Noto

The house is surrounded by the beautiful waters of the Ionian Sea, is located in the resort of Cicirata, including Avola town of which it forms part, capital of the Almond and Nero d'Avola 3 km away and Noto 6 km away, famous for its Baroque.

The house is totally independent, it has a large garden, which dominates the entire beach and overlooks sheer on a limestone cliff with small coves, known as Cape Giorgi and has all that is needed for a full stay Relax.
A few meters from our house, past the houses, there is a quiet beach of Cicirata, characterized by fine sand and a stunningly crystal clear sea.
The beach for most "free" only offers a small bathing facilities.

The house has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed - 1 bedroom with bunk beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed, may vary according to guests' preferences), 2 bathrooms (1 shower), a laundry room, a kitchenette with a living room equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a sofa bed (double), and a large glazed living room with a view of the large garden overlooking the sea, furnished with sofas and armchairs, a table with chairs to have lunch and dinner.

The house is equipped of all: kitchen utensils, clothes line, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, garden furniture and outdoor shower, barbecue, kitchen linens, bed and bath.

The house can accommodate 6/8 people; we can also accommodate your little "four-legged friends" who will spend a peaceful and sunny holiday with you.

Traumhafter Meerblick

Wir hatten zehn tolle Tage in Serenas Bungalow. Die Kommunikation lief super, sie war immer erreichbar und als die Waschmaschine Wasser verloren hat, kam direkt am nächsten Tag ein Techniker um sie zu reparieren. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, in der Küche waren Öl, Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden. Vor allem der Garten mit Terrasse ist ein Traum. Frühstück direkt am Meer, perfekt! Zum Strand läuft man maximal fünf Minuten. Das Auto kann sicher auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Allerdings ist die Gasse dorthin recht eng, ein allzu großes und breites Auto ist also nicht empfehlenswert. Gebaut für italienische Autos, wie viele Straßen auf Sizilien. Was man wissen muss: zum Bäcker, Supermarkt oder Essen gehen braucht man ein Auto. Aber wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir öfter Essen auf der Meerblick-Terrasse oder Picknick am Strand den Restaurants vorgezogen haben. Danke Serena für den tollen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Meeranstoss

Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus liegt in einem ruhigen Badeort in der Nähe von Noto. Highlight der Unterkunft ist der Garten mit dem direkten Meeranstoss. Näher geht nicht. Wegen Felsen kann dort nicht direkt gebadet werden, fischen ist aber möglich. (In der Nähe gibt es aber einen Strand. Zu unserer Zeit war der aber wegen einem Sturm noch nicht benutzbar) Der Garten ist sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Gärtner hatte extra für uns den Rasen geschnitten! Das Haus ist einfach, aber vollständig eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Internet ist vorhanden. Orangen aus eigenem Anbau gab es als Willkommensgeschenkt. Das Auto kann auf dem Grundstück sicher geparkt werden. Der Kontakt mit Serena war sehr freundlich, auch wenn wir uns nie wirklich gesehen hatten. Die Buchung/Ankunft/Schlüsselübergabe hatte dank Kommunikation mit Whatsapp perfekt funtkioniert. Wir und unser Hund Bruce hatten uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt!

Séjour agréable

En quête d’un endroit calme en bord de mer, nous avons été servi. Terrasse ensoleillée de bon matin pour démarrer la journée au son des vagues c’est parfait. Et à dix minutes des commerces. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et très disponibles pour tous renseignements. Un séjour somme toute des plus agréables.

Geräumiges, schönes Haus mit großem Wintergarten und Garten direkt am Meer

Wir haben im April einen wundervollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Serena, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich direkt um alle Anliegen. Dieses Jahr war es anfangs etwas kühl im April, weshalb sie uns direkt einen Stapel Wolldecken vorbeigebracht hat und angeboten hat, einen weiteren Ofen zu bringen. Das Haus ist zudem mit zwei Klimaanlagen ausgestattet, die auch heizen können. Die Zimmer sind alle geräumig und die Betten bequem. Wir hatten dort alles, was wir für den täglichen Bedarf brauchen. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Man blickt aus dem riesigen Wintergarten direkt über den Garten aufs Meer. Vom Haus aus gelangt man unmittelbar an die steinige Küste und einige Meter weiter beginnt der Sandstrand. Für unsere Kinder war es wie für uns Erwachsene fantastisch, dass sie morgens direkt ans Wasser konnten. Ich habe mich oft mit der Kaffetasse dirket vors Meer gesetzt. Da wir während der Osterferien dort waren, waren die Strände und der Meerzugang hinter unserem Haus meistens leer, auch als die Temperaturen über 20 Grad stiegen. Dadurch ist die Lage sehr idyllisch und entspannend. Wir sprechen zwar kein Italienisch, aber die Kommunikation war mit google Übersetzer total unkompliziert und Serenas Mann spricht auch Englisch und hat uns bei der Ankunft empfangen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter! Vielen Dank noch mal, Serena.

Schönes, sauberes, geräumiges Haus in ruhiger Gegend nah am Meer

Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Bildern. Die Eigentümerin Serena hat uns sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Bei Problemen oder Fragen kann man sie zudem immer kontaktieren, was wir sehr gut fanden, auch wenn wir keine Probleme hatten. Der Garten ist sehr groß, je nach Jahreszeiten muss man jedoch auf Ameisen achten, die gibt es in der Gegend einfach viele. Ansonsten hatten wir sehr schöne Tage und Abende im großen Vorraum. Die Lage ist super! Der schöne Strand ist 2 Min Fußweg entfernt und zudem hat man eine kleine Steinbucht 10 m vom Haus entfernt. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen :)

Wonderful sea vew

For sea lovers, not to be missed! Quiet guaranteed and delicious little beach right next door. The house is very well located to visit the baroque Sicily and to make superb walks in sites of exception : the Cavagrande nature reserve, the Oasis fausnistica di Roveta nature reserve (to see the pink Flemish colonies), the beautiful Ispica canyon (next to the Parco Forza) and the Syracuse salt marshes from where you can admire a superb view of the old town of Syracuse, Ortigia. The owner is always available at the slightest problem, only one small flat but it is often the case in the rentals, the material necessary for the kitchen is a little limited (it would be necessary a pair of scissors, a set of renewed stove, small pots and pans...).

Ruim huis in de buurt van bezienswaardigheden

Ruime woning met 3 slaapkamers. We hebben het er met onze 3 kinderen erg naar ons zin gehad. Het huis ligt op handige locatie om Noto, Siracusa, Pantalica en Catania te bezoeken. Huis ligt ook dicht bij het strand, dus heerlijk om daar met de kinderen naar toe te gaan. Nadeel is dat het huis aan smalle steeg ligt en dat het op grote afstand ligt van het dorpje. Je hebt een auto nodig om een restaurant of winkel te bezoeken.
