Modern Beach Apartment in San Agustin, newly refurbished for up to 2 people (and a baby sleeping in a cot). The beach is only a 1 minute walk as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

This nice flat with cappacity for up to 3 people has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. It has a bathroom with shower and washing machine and the kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen utensils.

This appartment is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, beach, pharmacies...on foot.

The promenade leads to San Agustin and Las Burras beaches and with a further and pleasant walk you can get to Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas resorts. This is the perfect apartment for a comfortable beach holiday with all amenities at hand.

Moderne und komfortable Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Zum Strand sind es keine zwei Minuten. Ein gutsortierter Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, und ein paar nette Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe. Ideal für Leute, die keine Lust mehr auf Hotels haben.

Super Wohnung !

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, alles da was man braucht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super. Wer Ruhe möchtet und zentral wohnen möchte ist hier genau richtig !
