VILLA & COMPLEX:
The villa is situated on a complex in Bahçeli, which benefits from having a beautiful bay on its doorstep and the use of 4 pools (inc. 25m Semi-Olympic size & kids pool), a gymnasium, a tennis court and a beautiful pool side Bistro/restaurant/bar.
The villa has airy living space giving a truly Mediterranean feel.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine & Tumble dryer. Outside has a spacious furnished 1st floor balcony and a terrace under a wooden shaded pergola equipped with basic coal BBQ for alfresco dining. The villa also benefits having a 43-inch Smart TV, the option to include internet (*see notes on internet & TV packages) with some games & controllers.
As well as landscaped grounds with many palms and colourful plants, you'll have a daily visit form the ice cream van (seasonal). There was the beautiful poolside Bistro Rest/Bar, but this has now closed and is no longer a restaurant. However a new Restaurant/Bar has opened on the neighbouring complex (that uses our entrance to access their site) also has lovely poolside seating and is actually closer to our villa than the restaurant that has now closed, with a walking distance of 1 minute. So this is why I have still kept the on site Restaurant listed in the header as being on site. This is a very popular restaurant and is an added bonus for the owners and guests.

Only minutes away you have the lovely Esentepe, a traditional Cypriot Village with its local shops, supermarkets, restaurants & bars. 10 mins drive is the Korineum 18-hole international championship golf, spa & country club with its private beach. Less than 30 mins drive is the bustling picturesque harbour and town of Kyrenia with its many lively bars, restaurants and shopping with many attractions, traditional villages and more beautiful beaches on route. UTILITIES* :
Electricity of 210 units per weeks stay is included in the rental price. This will provide all power necessary for lighting/fans/T.V/dishwasher/fridge etc and aprox 4-6 hours daily of air-con/heating. Should you exceed this amount, we have additional electric top-up cards to purchase. The K/w unit rate will be between 0.15p-0.45p depending on the KW's used over the included amount, as rates are calculated in 4 tier groups. *Only applies to holiday lets. Pls enquiry on Utilities info for longer lets.

SAT & SUN ARRIVALS:
Our cleaning team (along with most) now charge an additional fee of £40 for working Saturdays (which gets splits between the team). They also do not work Sundays. Therefore, preparations for Sunday arrivals would also be carried out on a Saturday which would also incur the extra charge. Vrbo system can not automatically add this to the estimate generated, so this fee will be added onto the booking manually once I have checked your day of arrival. I will always try to prevent this extra fee by requesting the arrival preparations be carried out on the Friday nearer the time of your arrival, but unfortunately no guarantees as this will depend on how busy their roster is at the time and whether we have a new booking which vacates back-to-back booking prior to your arrival or any other unforeseen circumstances. I do not receive the bill until about 3 days after you vacate. A refund would be made for the extra charge if my earlier requests were met.

ADAPTORS:
No need to bring any from the UK as the villa is equipped with
13amp 3 pin plug sockets throughout.

SAFE:
A fixed safe is installed in the villa for extra security.

FLY NETS:
fitted to windows to help keep out flies/mosquitoes.

POPULAR SPECIAL INTEREST VISITS:
Visits to the historical 3 crusader castles - St Hilarion, Buffavento and Kantara. All perched breathtakingly high above the towns and villages of North Cyprus, together with the 12th century Monastery in Bellapais, and not forgetting Kyrenia castle in the harbour which also houses a museum for the world's oldest shipwreck dating back to 300 B.C.

Aligadi beach with its World-Famous turtle project. You can see the turtles lay their eggs mid May-Aug time and Aug/Sept is when you can see the hatching and visitors can help guide the hatchlings towards the sea.

Other activities/interests all within 45 min drive include (depending on season & weather) boat trips, fishing trips, canoeing, go carting, Zip wire, paint ball and many guided tours & walks, including wine tasting...Just too many to list.

COAST/BEACH:
Although the complex has its own natural bay, there are many more beautiful beaches to visit all within an easy drive. Escape, Shayna, Chamarda, Acapulco, Elexus, Aligadi, Korenium, Tatlisu, Kaplica and the Kapaz Gate Marina to name a few (many more) but for a truly spectacular beach day is a visit to the Karpaz panhandle. A 1-2 hour drive (depending on route) sometimes without seeing another car, only villages seemingly frozen in time, deserted beaches and donkeys roaming freely on route.
