Absolutely loved our stay at Casa da bica this place really does have everything right from a Smooth check in to all the kitchen facilities you will need , this place has it all , cool boxes for the beech/water park, pool inflatables and a treasure chest of pool toys, great living area indoors and out, plenty of comfortable seating , brilliant bbq/pizza oven , pool area fantastic and plenty umbrellas to escape from the summer sun, in all honesty words could not do this place justice, as stated in previous reviews that this is the best villa to have stayed in we have to agree this is the best , very private and secluded a car would be advised tho the Ubers great in the area. So thank you very much Graham and pat for sharing this villa with us Definitely hope in the future to be back

Excellent stay at the villa!

This is by far the best villa we have ever stayed at. It was extremely well equipped with everything you could ever need and felt like a home from home. The villa itself is extremely spacious, the pool area was great and the outdoor bbq and oven meant we could cook and eat outside most days. We will most definitely be back for another visit!!

Spacious, private, all the extras!

We loved the outdoor spaces of this villa. There were so many, we didn't even use all the different spaces. The pool is relaxing and private, with lights for night swimming and plenty of floats/pool noodles. The views from the upper balcony, especially at night, are stunning! It was really nice to have umbrellas by the pool and a covered outdoor dining area. There's even a pizza oven, which we did use, and it was great!The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having air-conditioning in each bedroom. The kitchen was also well equipped.We've stayed at many vacation rentals and this place is at the top! It's a great place to spend time as a group, but also have room to each do your own thing. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay again!

The best yet

1st of all the pictures just don’t do Casa de Bica justice. It’s truly beautiful and we felt at home right away. Casa de Bica has everything and more that you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. It has a great selection of games for iinside and poolside. It’s well looked after and spotless and is a real credit to Pat and Graham and their team We’ve been visiting the Algarve for 24 yrs and this is the best we’ve stayed at and can’t wait to return Sam & Chris

The villa was spacious, comfortable, and clean! The grounds included the pool, a lovely BBQ area with a spectacular wood burning oven, and many little seating arrangements. Spacious and well equipped villa

We really liked this villa, especially the pool area which was beautiful. The villa is only 15 minutes from Faro airport and just a couple of kilometres to the A22 junction making it very well positioned to explore the whole Algarve. Internally the villa is very spacious and would sleep six very comfortably, the master suite upstairs is quite separate from the two twins on the ground floor and has a lovely terrace overlooking the countryside and distant sea view. Loved it.

Excellent family stay

Communion with the owner orior to arrival was great, with all questiond answered speedily. The villa was fantastic with plenty of space inside and out. The pool area was fantastic. It was a lovely clean and warm pool with a great pool cover that was easy to use. There are lots of different outside eating areas including a well shadded dinning table area. Inside was great with a large fridge freezer and an extra fridge wgich we used for drinks. Kitchen was very well equipped including a coffee machine which was used daily. Overall a great villa with spectacular views across the algarve to the sea.

Beautiful villa

The villa, gardens and pool are beautifully kept and as described . The owners have added lots of thoughtful touches such as a supply of inflatable pool toys, separate ( good quality ) pool towels and bath towels and additional portable air con/ heating units. There are plenty of options for shade and eating and the outside space is immaculate. The gardeners, pool cleaner and weekly maid all provided a thorough service, which was much appreciated. The weather was exceptionally hot while we were there, so we spent much of our time around the villa as it was just too hot to go far - the aircon was a necessity and much appreciated . The only downside was that we were plagued by mozzies in the evening and July is wasp season - they also plagued our meal times. Citronella candles and plug ins were provided but I’d recommend other guests use a strong repellent and extra plug ins - this is a rural area so it’s unavoidable. There are also fly screens on all the windows and doors but we were still bitten ( not stung). A nice beach within 20 minutes drive is Fuseta - very few British tourists, mostly Portuguese and French . The beach is a blue flag and patrolled - we went early morning to try to beat the heat. We had a wonderful holiday, it was the perfect villa to bring our two year old on her first trip abroad , the pool is very child friendly but also big enough to have a proper swim for the adults. This is definitely the best villa we have ever stayed in. Thank you Graham and Pat!

Schöne Villa mit großem Garten

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Es gibt viel Platz und alles war sehr sauber. Es gibt viele Details für kleine Kinder, wie ein Hochstuhl, Babybett, Kindersitze für das Auto und sogar einen Kinderwagen. Das Bett war für unser Baby schon vorbereitet Wir haben den Garten sehr genossen und der Pool war warm genug, dass wir ihn auch im November nutzen konnten. Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter aber mit dem Kamin war es sehr gemütlich. Wir können die Villa sehr für Familien empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est spacieuse, agréable, propre et très bien équipée. Graham est un hôte parfait, souhaite que les locataires passent le meilleur séjour possible. Incredible, Amazing and VERY relaxing

The villa is exactly as described and the pictures were all very accurate. The pool was fab it was large and heated and had everything we needed! The BBQ area and outdoor seating area was so lovely and really enhanced our stay!! There were so. many lovely lilt extra touches that made our stay so relaxing and restful!! They had thought of everything!! I would defiantly recoupment this place to my family and friends and would want to stay there again! The location was very beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a family vacation and very safe for young children. The villa was very family friendly and a short drive from most places. I would defiantly recommend hiring a car for your stay.

Hello, thank you for considering our Villa for your next holiday. Our whole family loves the climate and the visitor attractions in the Algarve - there is something for people of all ages. We have been spending holidays in the Algarve for the past 20 years - right from when our Children were young. We love the family atmosphere, the range of activities and the warm welcome from the local population. Historically we have preferred the Eastern Algarve, but brought a villa in the Central Algarve because it is a much more convenient location for a holiday & for travelling either East or West. Why they chose this property

We wanted to buy a Villa in an area that is really convenient for getting to the Tourist Attractions, Beaches and Golf Courses in the West, But not too far away from the more historic East, which is also a more traditional area with lovely restaurants. The area around Santa Barbara De Nexe and Estoi is really superb because it is convenient for the Airport and with excellent links to both East and West. The villa itself has good access to the main roads, but is in a quiet part of the countryside. When purchasing the villa we wanted somewhere that was quiet but not isolated, with it's own grounds in a private setting. We also wanted somewhere with plenty of space but with a lovely homely feel. This villa meets all of our needs perfectly. We hope it fits your needs for a wonderful holiday too.

What makes this property unique

The views from the verandas are great and you can see all the way to the Sea from the upstairs balcony. We are on the side of a hill on gently sloping ground which has been terraced. Because we are the villa highest up the hill of the small number of properties in our development it means that we have lovely views and both the house and pool area are private. This villa is not a commercial property - it is our holiday home and we have therefore taken time to put into it the things that we want to see and use when we are on holiday. So in the house you will find things like a Nintendo wii, a Playstation PS3 and a DVD playback system for all those films that you never get time to see at home, we also have an unlimited wi-fi facility. The kitchen also has those little extras not usually found in rental properties.
