This kitchen is complete with a microwave convection oven, a two-burner induction Wolf stove top, a fridge/freezer with ice maker, and a washer/dryer combo. This kitchen is complete with many of the conveniences needed to prepare meals at home. (no dishwasher)

Just off the kitchen, the living area has a queen sleeper sofa with a well-designed custom built-in dining nook and a flat-screen TV with a Sonos system. A spiral staircase winds up to the upper level of the home, delivering a queen-sized bedroom suite with custom built-in closets and drawers on either side of the bed offering plenty of extra storage. The room is complete with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony off the primary bedroom. The wall of windows provides an enviable indoor and outdoor living space. Shrouded by trees the private relaxed furnished balcony has a bistro set up for two and is the perfect spot to enjoy a late afternoon glass of wine.

The queen primary bedroom leads into a private bath, completed by a glass-enclosed shower and vessel sink, adding to the modern touches that accentuate the home’s overall design.
