Beautiful apartment located in the urbanization Atlanterra Sol in Zahara de los Atunes (Cadiz), has stunning sea views, gardens and swimming pool in summer season.
It is located on the third floor with elevator and private garage, basketball court and paddle.
It can accommodate a maximum of two or three people.
The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed, the kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, the living room with a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a nice terrace furnished with outdoor furniture from which you can enjoy great views of the sea. It has air conditioning in the living room.
The complex has a communal pool (seasonal) and garden area. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).
This property´s parking is public. It is an unbeatable location to enjoy the beaches of Zahara de los Atunes and its surroundings. The beach is only 100 meters away.
The property has the registration of entry of the responsible declaration in the Junta de Andalucía for the exercise of the activity as housing for tourist use.
