The whole building is approximately 400 m2. It has a 4 acres garden with lots of trees and flowers, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a barbeque house and shaded parking area for 2 cars is just below the villa.
A unique feature is the swimming pool and BBQ.
The swimming pool is 11 x 4 meters with jacuzzi ideal for refreshing dip during hot summer time.

For those who prefer the sea, the beach is easily accessible in a short walk.

BBQ area : There is a whole separate building in the garden, fully equipped with kitchen services and a very large BBQ, great to host and entertain up to 20 persons so that whole family can enjoy delicious alfresco dinner.

From the Venizelos Airport in Athens, or from Piraeus Port, you may reach Korinthos by train and the town of Loutraki by bus that leaves from western Athens approximately every hour.
From Loutraki you can reach Perahora and Lake Heraion-Vouliagmenis by bus.
