*** Home is available to rent Friday, August 18 to Sunday, August 27, 2023. You could rent all 9 days (which includes 2 full weekends) or do a 7 day rental choosing Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday or Sunday to Sunday***
This classic shore home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath upside down house located close to the heart of downtown Avalon. the first floor has 2 large bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and 3 twins, the other with 2 queen beds and a private full bath, a family room with access to lower deck and a hall bathroom with shower. The 2nd floor has 2 additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, a bathroom with shower, family room, dining area and kitchen. There is a large, wrap around deck with comfortable seating as well as dining options. Home also comes with bicycles for use during your stay as well as beach chairs. There is a fully covered outside shower as well as separate hose to wash sand off. The grill is also located outside. Each family room has a smart TV. There are also many books available for reading and plenty of board games! Kitchen area is spacious with vaulted ceilings, kitchen table that seats 8 and additional seating at island for 5.
Within walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, shopping, mini golf, ice cream parlors and fitness centers. There is also a small arcade a short bike ride away as well as 2 playgrounds and a community/recreation center.

family vacation
Just returned from a one week vacation with our family. It was relaxing and wonderful. This home was perfect. The kitchen is beautiful and it is where we spent most of our time together cooking & hanging out. There are 4 outdoor areas which was perfect for those who needed some space to work from home. Plus there are two family rooms! I definitely recommend this lovely home!

Fantastice Rental Experience
My family of 5 stayed here for a week in August and had an absolute blast. The house is full of life and clearly is designed to make the rental experience as pleasurable as possible. The owners provide everything possible to make the stay as easy as possible. Of note, sheets, bikes and even fresh vegetables from their beautiful garden! Just a few short blocks to the beach and town make the location perfect. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Would certainly stay here again and again!
We reserved this home for our sons wedding at the Reeds in Stone Harbor. We had reservations about the distance it was away from Reeds but our concerns turned out to be unwarranted. It is a very convenient location; It was perfect!!! We had eight people sleeping in the home at various times and there was more then enough room for us and more. The home had a very homey feel to it and made us feel very comfortable. The men got ready at our home and even had the photographer take pictures of them there and it worked out beautifully! We had a BBQ at our home the day after the wedding for family and friends that made a weekend out of the wedding and it was great! The neighbors we met were wonderful also. We cannot say enough about how nice and accommodating the owner was to us. We definitely plan on renting this home again!!
