Beautiful view. Easy walk to the beach. Jim answered any questions I had quickly. The condo was well equipped - I didn’t have to bring any extras. The parking garage was a great bonus. Will definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay at Jim’s place was phenomenal- the condo was CLEAN and was exactly as described. He communicates much more clearly than the average VRBO host. We had one small issue getting in (my own fault- not Jim’s); he responded to my text immediately and was happy to help. This will be the first listing I check for availability when it’s time for our next trip. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

The beach view was awesome. The pool was nice and warm. The underground parking was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our vacation. Only thing to make it better would be if the weather was warmer

Condo was fresh and very clean. Hosts were always just a text away if needed. We enjoyed our stay very much. And the host was very accommodating....I needed a last minute addition which was granted, and the host worked out the details and provided great instructions to secure my stay!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was very nice and inviting. It’s very spacious and the master bed was super comfy! The view from the balcony is the best one yet and we have stayed in several locations along the east coast of FL. You will have everything you need to make your trip enjoyable.
