Luxury Detached Equipped Villa, Central Algarve - Private Garden & Heated Pool

New luxury detached villa, fully equipped and decorated to a high standard. Garden, heated pool, BBQ area. Internally, there is a living / dining room with fireplace equipped with large 46 "plasma TV, satellite TV, DVD and mp3 player with surround sound system, hi-fi. Direct access by sliding doors leading to the garden and pool. The property includes a fantastic fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms with satellite TV, 1 en suite. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Outside is equipped with modern furniture, with tables, chairs, loungers and sunshades to enjoy and relax during sunbathing and meals throughout the day and night. Ideally located in the central area of the resort in Albufeira, in a quiet area, yet 5 minutes walk from the centre of the famous "Strip" with numerous bars, restaurants and shops and 10 minutes walk from the famous beaches of Oura and Santa Eulalia. 10 km away from several golf courses.

Great location, villa was very spacious, had everything we needed, loved the decor, comfy beds, air con in every room. The pool was great and heated (however some of the boards around the pool need fixed as they stick up and can cause an injury). Owner was very good at communicating. Everybody loved their stay and i would definitely stay again, be great next time for a family holiday. Overall, a great experience!

Wonderful villa in quiet location within walking distance to Aldi supermarket and Albuferia “strip”. Old town is 4 mins away in an UBER which costs about 5 euros. Villa was lovely, fully equipped, excellent air conditioning, fab pool which was attended to and cleaned several times during our stay. Immaculately clean when we arrived. Very easy check-in and check out. Claudio was easy to communicate with and he even allowed us an early check-in as the villa was available. Would definitely recommend!!!

Our stay was fantastic. There was 7 of us and we had plenty of space to enjoy. The property was fully equipped with anything you might need and it was located only a few blocks from “The Strip” which provided night life. Highly recommend.

Amazing as always!

The villa is spot on and has everything you will need. The location is fab with everything being 10 minutes walk away, including shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Villa was spotless and beds very comfy! Would highly recommended to anyone with a young family.

We had a lovely visit and even when we experienced a slight inconvenience with an umbrella breaking, Claudio replaced it immediately with his personal property. Overall a wonderful location close to many restaurants and the property is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained

Perfect relaxing villa !

Stayed as a group of 8, very clean well presented property. Perfect location to walk to strip and beach, had to Uber to bigger supermarkets which was very easy to do. Large outside area with seating, used the barbecue lots. Large pool in sun all day. Very nice interior of property with plenty of room for everyone. Can’t wait to come back next year !

Beautiful Villa in great area

The villa is great, heated pool and very well equipped with plenty of kitchen plates, utensils etc. The host also left lovely fresh beach towels which was a nice touch. The villa is ideally located close to a big Aldi’s which was great since we weren’t driving. It’s very close to the new strip if that’s your thing. We preferred the old town. Ubers are cheap and easy to access with the app.

We have had the most amazing stay in this property , 2-3 mins from aldi, 10 mins from strip , house is amazing, we all made good use of the heated pool, it was incredible to be honest, there is a clothes horse for drying clothes, BBQ is a great addition , aircon is really good, always hot water TVs weren’t programmed so if your looking for tv to be running , maybe contact Claudio I’m sure he would get this sorted, we weren’t that fussed as we were out the unit most days/nights , but yes we would all recommend this villa and area , and if we returned to Albuferia I would definitely consider this as our stay again Thanks Claudio

Excellent location

We arrived early and after a quick phone call we were greeted and shown around. The villa was a 5 minute walk to new town strip and a Aldi across the road which was perfect. Villa was spotless. We only had a few issues. The downstairs shower had no hook to hold the head which made it very hard to shower properly. Only a simple fix so don’t understand why this wasn’t done previously. And a toilet seat was hanging off. Other than these two minor issues we managed fine and had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. Already looking at booking again for next year

Wonderful villa in Albufeira

My wife, young daughter, and parents stayed here for a week in early April, during the school holidays. It is a beautiful house, spacious and very well equipped, and the pool, which is heated, was perfect for us to enjoy, with my daughter getting lots of swimming practice! The weather was lovely, sunny but not too hot, 21 degrees or so most days, so the heated pool was a great benefit, as the nights were cooler so the water would have been cold without the heating. The location is very good - a quiet residential street but only 5 minutes from a big Aldi and 10-15 minutes walk (or about 3 minutes drive) from the main bars and 'strip'. The marina of Albufeira was about 12 minutes or so drive away and I would recommend - some nice places to eat and drink and lots of boat trips and so on. We went on an excellent trip and saw lots of dolphins!

Fantastic Holiday Villa

We spent one week at this villa which was exactly as described - ideally located, convenient to all amenities, spacious and immaculately clean. It is 5* luxury with a beautiful heated pool and everything supplied for eight people. The only issues we had was that the alarm went off on first entering the property, but a phone call to Claudio quickly sorted that out. Also, we were unable to bring our hired car into the driveway as the electronic gates failed to open during our stay. Nevertheless, parking outside on the roadway was convenient and secure. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa to anyone.

Great villa

The Villa was exactly as described. Modern and clean. Location was good. An Aldi within a short 5 minute walk. Also a short walk to bars and restaurants and about 15-20 minute walk to the main strip. We never had a car so either walked or took a taxi/Uber to the Marina or old town. Also walking to Old Town once which took about 40 mins. Beach is about 20 minutes walk. Taxi from airport was 55 euros. Pool was great. Was a little cold to start with but Claudio quickly had the pool guys round to sort the timings and all was good after that. Would highly recommend the Villa.

Great villa which is very well equipped and near Aldi supermarket for essentials. Pool was great, not too deep but good enough to swim and float in. Plenty of outside seating and subbed. Host even leaves subbed towels which was a nice touch. If you want a friendly Tuk Tuk driver, ring Pedro, he drives the only electric and he is lovely!! Tell him Mr Harry’s family recommended him his number +351 961 271 572. The safari trip is great and they pick you up from the door. Air condition was very good, 2 bedrooms have balconies and all have shutters and black out curtains. Downstairs bedroom for people with mobility problems. Villa is wheelchair friendly but paths are not too flat with cobbles.

Great location lovely villa

Great villa in a great location, we were pleasantly surprised that it was super close to the area we are so familiar with. The villa itself was gorgeous with lovely mirrors, artwork and comfortable sofas. The beds were ok there were mattress toppers in two of the beds which made them at more comfortable but sadly the ones without toppers were not very comfortable. I ended up with a very bad neck pain from poor quality pillows and sleeping in one of the beds without a topper with one of my children. The kitchen was fully kitted out and I was v impressed with the selection of ware, glasses, mugs and cutlery. V well kitted out kitchen with lots of pots and everything necessary to make feasts. The outside area was lovely and clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and even though many other people rented suggested a heated pool wasn’t necessary in May, it definitely was necessary for children. We spent a day in Zoomarine and it was absolutely amazing we had a great day. I would highly recommend this villa everything was great and would definitely come back again. I’m not sure I’d bring children smaller than my boys at 4&6 it was perfect for us. Thanks for a lovely stay. Please god we will be back again next year 😄

Prime location, Villa and Host!

Cannot really fault this property. It’s situated in a fantastic location to a huge Aldi supermarket, everything you might need in a 3 storey clothes and accessories shop, strip of main bars/clubs, restaurants everywhere and a sandy beach - all mins away. The villa itself had everything you might need during your stay - kitchen was incredibly stocked up with utensils. Great BBQ and cleans and comfy outdoor area with heated pool. Didn’t meet our host personally, but he was on the end of the phone when we needed him. Ryanair lost our luggage and he offered to take us to the shopping mall and even offered some of his own kids clothes…legend! Thank you for a great stay !

Booked this property as a family holiday for a birthday celebration. The villa was excellent, in a quiet area but very close to all amenities. I would definitely book this villa again. It made for an excellent family break.
