Casa Cielo offers a quiet location close to many amenities, including Javea Golf & Tennis Club, and Benitachell Bowling Club, together with the attractive resorts of Javea and Moraira, (both circa 10 kms). There is a good choice of restaurants around the village. Patio doors from both the lounge and master bedroom lead unto a natural stone terrace which surrounds a large floodlit swimming pool with beach style entrance and stone waterfall with adjacent large barbecue and gardens. The lounge has 2 large settees, digital TV, stereo and formal dining for 6+. The 4 bedrooms are master bedroom with superking bed and ensuite shower facilities, second bedroom with double bed (shared ensuite shower room), bedroom 3 which has twin beds and a family bathroom, whilst new bedroom 4 has king size bed and shares the ensuite shower room with bedroom 2. Gardens surround the villa with mature hedging, providing a private, quiet ambiance.

Excellente location

La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et très bien entretenue ainsi que le jardin. Les chambres sont très bien ainsi que la literie et toutes équipées de la climatisation. Le coin est très tranquille et sans vis à vis. Le personnel ainsi que les propriétaires sont très facilement joignables. Il faut une voiture pour accéder aux différentes plages et commerces mais le trajet est très rapide. Les possibilités sont nombreuses car la maison est située à quelques kilomètres de Javea et moraira. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Alles aanwezig,airco,sanitair,ligbedden buiten,... Alles was top enkel wat meer braadpannen (één voor 8 personen) maar al de rest in overvloed aanwezig. Alle kamers voorzien van airco enkel de living met een enkele plafondventilator wat ruim onvoldoende was.Een ventilator op voet had hier al veel kunne helpen; Al bij al een zeer goed ingericht huis met alle comfort en goed zwembad in rustige buurt!Aanrader!

Villa très agréable, dans un environnement calme.

Villa spacieuse avec une belle pièce à vivre. Les chambres disposent d’une climatisation dédiée et plusieurs points d’eau permettent de passer de belles vacances à plusieurs. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et la piscine est régulièrement nettoyée. Le quartier est calme et reposant. Une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer à Javea.

We have now had Casa Cielo for the past few years and all of the family now enjoy the facilities available at the villa, the quiet ambience for chilling out, with easy access to the restaurants, shops and beaches located in the nearby towns of Benitachell, Moraira and Javea.

Why they chose this property

having looked at various parts of Spain, we were attracted to this region (Moraira/Javea - northern Costa Blanca) as the countryside was very attractive with orange & almond groves, vines whilst offering very easy access to a wide range of beaches, small towns and the countryside/mountains.

Our paying guests have really enjoyed their vacations in our home and many have returned for repeat visits with guest coming from far and wide (Spain, France, Holland, Italy, UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand).

What makes this property unique
