The views across St. Ives harbour and bay are absolutely spectacular, which is what comes with being up a hill I suppose. The space and apartment were just what we needed. I would highly recommend!

Great St.Ives Getaway.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes from the town/harbour where there are lots of bars and restaurants to eat at, and 10 minutes from a couple of fantastic beaches. The apartment itself was clean, light and airy with everything you could need, as well as a great view of the harbour!Loved St. Ives and the apartment, will definitely be returning.

We had a great time in St Ives, the flat is very clean and has everything we needed (including many board games that our son loved). Also it's nice to be within walking distance from the beach, the harbour and town.Great hosts too, very easy to communicate with.

This flat really does have a sea view!

A sea view without having to lean into a corner window or stand on a chair to see a tiny glimpse! Only one flight of stairs so not too hard to get to. Clean and tidy.

This property is about 5 minutes walk to st ives harbour, parking was relatively easy near to the property but in high season you would probably have to go further afield, its not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties, the apartment has fantastic views over the harbour and is very well equipped, just like home from home, communication was really good with the owners and id recommend this establishment.

Great location a few minutes from town.

Great views from the apartment, not to noisy the proximity to town. The only negative was the smell of damp in the communal hallway. Would recommend for a great break in St Ives .

Unfortunately the owners of the apartment downstairs have had a recent leak which has caused some problems with damp. This is being sorted out.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The view from the apartment is indeed stunning - up high, overlooking St Ives, all the way down to the harbour and to the water is fabulous whether over breakfast or in the evening lights. It is all as good as the photos! The apartment is well equipped, very comfortable, clean & fresh. After a day's exploring, a deep sleep on the fab new mattress was just what was needed. Thank you to our welcoming hosts. We appreciated the contact to make sure everything is okay, and it was. We would not hesitate to return. Our visit happened to coincide with the St Ives Arts & Music Festival and a week of beautiful sunny days. Perfect.

Having spent many happy holidays in St Ives first as a couple and now with two young children we truly know how lucky we are to have an apartment in this very special place. It is still primarily our getaway with the children from our busy lives but we always promised that if we were ever lucky enough to own a place here and rent it out we would try hard to make sure all our guests went away with the same magical feeling we have always had after a stay We are sure that wherever you stay in St Ives you will enjoy its magic as we still do on every visit. Why they chose this property

St Ives is a magical place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. Big enough to enjoy many varied restaurants cafes and bars but still retaining the feel of an old fishing village.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has some of the most iconic views of St Ives and out to the ocean and yet is only a five minute stroll to the harbour and beaches. Though modern and bright the apartment still has a cosy feel to it
