Old Mallorcan pagés house, located on a rustic estate of approximately 20 quarters (140,000 m2)
dedicated to agriculture and livestock. Restored from the year 2000, it consists of three apartments, the house of l'amo, l'estable petit and sa soll, with independent entrance and terrace. All apartments are completely separated from the main house occupied by the owners. Community area, WIFI access and pool.
The houses of Son Ramonet Petit are located south-east of the island of Mallorca, within the municipality of Felanitx, in the area of Son Negre and very close to the district of Cas Concos dels Cavallers. The tranquility is guaranteed with views of the mountain of the monastery of San Salvador and the castle of Santueri. In the surroundings of the house we find different paths for walking on foot or by bicycle. At 2km. We have the town of Felanitx and 12Km. the fishing village of Porto Colom. In this part of the island it is also worth noting the Santanyi area with its beaches (natural park of Cala Mondragó) and the entire coast that goes from Cap Salines to Punta d'Amer, which includes the natural park of the island of Cabrera and numerous virgin beaches.

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt fast nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool bietet eine gute Abkühlung und die Hühner strotzen vor Gesundheit, so wie die liebevoll gepflegte Anlage!

Traumhaft!!!

Margalida und Jordi haben ein Paradies geschaffen. Es ist unglaublich. Die Räume sind sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolute Ruhe. Die Gastgeber sind extrem rücksichtsvoll und zurückhaltend, dabei sehr aufmerksam. Wie fahren seit über zehn Jahren nach Mallorca und kennen einiges. Aber hierhin kommen wir schon wieder im September. Weil es so wunderschõn ist. Eigentlich wollen wir es nicht empfehlen, weil wir es am liebsten für uns allein hätten...... Danke an Margalida und Jordi!!!!!

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen

Mein Partner und ich haben in unserem kleinen, hübsch eingerichteten Appartment eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, um sich selbst zu versorgen, es gibt aber auch viele Möglichkeiten, in der näheren Umgebung gut essen zu gehen. Das Städtchen Felanitx ist in 10 Minuten Distanz, die Strände und Orte an der Südostküste sind zum Baden und Küstenwandern in maximal einer halben Stunde Autofahrt erreichbar, es gibt Fahrräder für kleine Touren durch die umgebende Landschaft mit ihren typischen kurvigen, von niedrigen Steinmäuerchen begrenzten Straßen. Die Finca ist so ruhig gelegen und bietet mit dem Gartengelände, dem großzügigen Innenhof und dem Pool mit herrlichem Blick eine so friedliche Atmosphäre, dass mancher geplante Ausflug gecancelt wurde, weil man den Tag gern auf dem Gelände verbringt, in der Gesellschaft der Katzen, der Hühner und der Hündin. Die Vermieter Margalida und Jordi sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dabei äußerst zurückhaltend - vielen Dank dafür! Auch mit den gleichzeitig anwesenden Gästen fand ein freundlicher Austausch statt, man kann netten nachbarschaftlichen Kontakt haben, aber alle haben auch ausreichend Privatsphäre. Wir würden sehr gern noch mal wiederkommen, uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen.

Urlaub an einem wunderbaren Ort in absoluter Ruhe!

Der perfekte Ort um das zu erleben, was die Insel ausmacht. Wunderschöne Natur, kleine Dörfer mit Bars/Cafes und traumhafte Strände, all das in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Jordi und seine Frau haben Sa Soll sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Falls doch etwas fehlen sollte, sind beide sofort zu Stelle und geben einem dabei noch wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Allerdings haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir den Hof kaum noch verlassen wollten :-) . Der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe für eine kurze Erfrischung, danach relaxt man auf den Liegen oder in der Hängematte unter dem schattenspendenden Baum. Da Sa Soll etwas isoliert steht bekommt man die anderen Gäste kaum mit. Außer es wird gerade Basketball oder Tischtennis auf dem Platz gespielt. Kurz: Maravilloso!!! Muchas gracias!!
