Great appartment with full amenities in walkable distance to many key attractions. Making allowances to historic nature, this was the best all around accomodation in rome. We stayed 4 days and were completely comfortable. The host communication and accommodations were great.Thank you.
Host was great. Location was perfect for everyone had planned. Sofa bed was not comfortable but worth it for price and location. Shower is small but lots of hot water
Couch wasn't very comfortable for our 3rd guest but the apartment was good for 2. Shower is extremely small but seems pretty standard for the area. Cute comfortable place overall.
This property is about 2 blocks from the Pantheon and was SO centrally located. It was clean and check in was very easy. I will comment that the bathroom and shower are very small. I am an average size woman and just fit into the shower. Otherwise, it was great!!
The apartment is located perfectly around the corner from the pantheon and only a short walk away from Fontana so Trevi and the piazza Venezia. Check in an communication was easy. The apartment is fairly small and simple but convenient. The sofa bed is perfect for children but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it with 2 adults. It’s on the second floor with a very narrow staircase.
We absolutely loved this apartment. The downside was the size of the shower. Definitely made for small people. Also, the 3 of us could not sit comfortably in the living room. They should have a comfortable chair and rug in there.
There was some confusion about the availability of air conditioning on both ourselves and the rental agency. During initial texting they stated both rooms had working A/C units. The bedroom unit appeared to be on it's last leg and so noisy we couldn't sleep in there. It was uncomfortably warm in the living area-thank goodness for the ceiling fan and window. We did text multiple times to get someone to come over and look at the A/C , they supposedly sent some one over and said they both are working fine. We asked why did they not leave the living room a/c on. Then we were told the living room didn't have an a/c. What a joke . The steps to the unit were very difficult to navigate. The bathroom was very tight and the shower stall was ridiculously small. You couldn't turn your body in it or the door would pop open every time. I would never recommend this apartment.
Just a few minute walk to the Pantheon, and maybe 10 minutes to Trevi fountain. This was really a phenomenal location. Like other reviews, it was a very small shower, but so be it. The only think that I do not recall reading about but should be addressed, and the ONLY negative thing I can say is that the main room can really use an A/C unit. Rome is not like Paris, where you generally know that you won't have A/C. Rome is HOT. The A/C in the bedroom isn't great, but is ok. Our kids were on the pullout couch in the main room and while there is an overhead fan the does a good job of circulating air, it was very hot and even with the bedroom door open, the A/C in the bedroom does nothing for the main room. Something for the owners to consider installing. It does not take away from our overall rating, but something to consider before booking.
I stayed for two nights with three friends here, and it was a good place given the price point. The check-in process was very easy and the apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. The listing describes the location as a "historic building" but what isn't described is the old, narrow spiral staircase leading up to the apartment. If you have a physical disability or issues with stairs, I would not recommend this location. Also, the locks are very finicky and often require many tries to successfully open the doors with the keys given.
As for the apartment itself, the sofa bed is too small for the average person (my friends are 5' and 5' 2" and needed to curl up to fit on the beds) and blankets were not provided for the sofa bed. When we requested them, we were given extra sheets, which did not quite do the same job as an extra duvet would have. The bathroom and shower are very small spaces, which are shown in the photos, but still caught us a bit off guard. Given the price point and competing lodging costs in Rome, it was not a bad deal for four people, but it definitely suits two people who can sleep in the bed better, as the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment was nice with a few mishaps, and it did what we needed it to do in terms of housing for a few nights.
Excellent location, excellent communication from owner. Would stay there again. Grazie!!

(a chiocciola e strette). Il professionista immobiliare ho dovuto sempre cercarlo io!

Wonderful hosts & great location
The host was always prompt, timely and super helpful! The location was fabulous, close to the pantheon, loads of great restaurants and cafes. Sadly the place is slightly run down and could do with some TLC.
Great little apt, equipped with lots of stuff for cooking, great internet and smart tv. Excellent location on a quiet street, so close to the Pantheon! One note, sofa bed is really two single beds with separate mattresses, they don’t connect so be aware of this. Also, it was asked to bring your garbage and recycling out separated to neighbourhood cans around the corner which I suppose is normal for Rome, but was a little peculiar as you must plan to do this before bringing your luggage down. All in all, a good spot for a couple of days, perfect for a couple.
This is the perfect location. Clean, comfortable and easy to get around Rome. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.
